Grüezi! It was great setup. Had kitchen with utensils and even spice rack, which was a nice surprise. From the kitchen, we made sandwiches for our hikes and prepared dinner from the local grocery store every night. The ability to use the washer/drier was great. Pro-tip i would suggest the hotter settings haha. One critique, a full explanation of how to open the patio door would be useful. It took me a couple of days to figure out the handle isn't a lock, but instead a switch between how the door opens, swing vs tilt.Klara was a great host. Ask her about local hikes to do. You don't have to pay 40CHF for a gondola ride to see some cool stuff in Sigriswil. Would definitely stay here again! Cheers!Dan in Ventura

Surreal location, nice apartment.

The location and view is amazing. Especially easy to get to with a car but there are semi frequent bus services. A little way up the mountain from the lake but again bus or car makes it easy. The apartment is nice and modern, good kitchen, great bathroom, bed pretty comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and communicate well. Highly recommend for a couple or maybe small group.

An amazing vacation

Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!

Great accommodation and breathtaking view

Easily accessible and located in a quiet and tranquil place , the apartment offers a wonderful view of Lake Thun and the mountains. The spacious room with huge French windows provides everything that guests need: a big comfy bed, sofa, dining table, modern cooking area with facilities and a well equipped bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace in front of the big windows for having our morning coffee or watching he lake. All attractions in the Jungfrau region were within easy reach with our car. Before and during our stay we had excellent communication with our host who made sure we had everything we needed in the apartment and helped us plan our daily trips.

It’s a rare gem! Loved everything about this place!

We stayed at this property from May 9-15th, 2024! It’s on a hill so you have a breathtaking views all around you. Its a very modern, clean and fully equipped studio apartment. We had everything we could literally asked for. The view s of Lake Thun and surrounding mountains were unbeatable! We loved every second of our stay! The host Klara is exceptionally wonderful! She was super friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful and fun person. She will make sure you have the best time and give all the directions, instructions and support to make the best out of your stay! We highly recommend this property, and we will definitely return!!

Quite place with amazing view

Small studio apartment on the ground floor with outdoor seating in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood overlooking Lake Thun. Clara was helpful. I recommend booking if you are two people and have a car. You must contact the owner and verify the exact location because the map system shown in the reservation is inaccurate.

Quiet and Clean

This is a nice, clean place to stay with a beautiful view! We had everything that we needed, including a microwave, an iron and laundry. We rented a car and were able to see everything that we wanted to, from Bern, to Interlaken to Zermatt. Klara was a sweet, gracious hostess who could answer any questions that we had, along with some nice recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Klara!

Just Wow...!

We(Me, my wife and 3 year Daughter) Stayed here 4 days and truely enjoyed. The first thing you will notice the Views, you will never forget. Studio is perfect for small family or group 3/4 guys. Owner (Klara) is perfect and pleasant host, she helps guests in all possible ways. Place is around 1hr far from Interlaken and 40 mins from Thun but cost effective if you want to explore places around Interlaken. Guest with Cars will enjoy more as they don't depend on local transport. But overall we enjoyed and explored nearby places on 4 days vacation. Comfortable, peacfull place with fantastic Lake Thun and mountain views for Vacations

Klara's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish appartment with everything you needed. The view from the studio appartment was amazing. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Klara amd her family were very accommodating and helpful and friendly. They even check in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful host, modern apartment, scenic view

The apartment is modern with kitchen, good size bath, double bed , sofa bed, dinning table, microwave, built in dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cutlery (Washing Machine & Dryer are chargeable and is outside the apartment in the corridor). Klara is a wonderful lady and takes good care of the guests. We arrived late / early morning 2:30 AM but Klara made sure we had the apartment key and main door key in the mail box. There are good walks around the apartment and is very scenic. I would suggest to hire a car as it is good drive around. The bus 24 comes close to the apartment and bus 21 on the main road (2. KM from Apartment). These buses are every 19 and 49 minutes past hour, so would recommend car rental. Do note the roads are narrow and you need to be very careful while driving :-) SightSeeing: Local: 1) You can walk to beautiful panaroma bridge, it is just 250 meters from the property , you can walk through the side road of Hotel Panaroma on to the bridge (actually you can avoid the bridge charges too as you walk from this end). View is good from the bridge. 2) You can go to Thun by taking bus 24 and then 21, take a boat ride to Interlaken. Other destination : Interlaken is around 25 KM from the property. There are many Indian restaurants in Interlaken. For Jungfraujoch you can drive to Grindewald park at the terminal and take cable car and then train. For Titlis you can drive to Engelberg and park. Swiss half fare card can you 50% discount on the tickets. We took rental car from Zurich airport and drove to the apartment. Covered Rhinefall on the way back to the Airport. Good apartment, good location and a wonderful host makes this a good choice.

Wonderful stay

Klara was an incredible host and went above and beyond to help us with the plans we had during our stay and informing us about local rules since we arrived by car. Perfect for a couple with a car

The hosts were very friendly and greeted us with warmth. The studio in the chalet was spotless with everything we needed. Lots of extras. We would definitely recommend for a holiday, as it is close to lots of interesting places in the Berner Oberland. Beautiful views from the property.
