Ospitalità e cordialità
Vacanza di nostro gradimento in un appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Situato in una zona tranquilla con comodo parcheggio.
Il proprietario sempre disponibile e simpatico, ci ha fornito gradite indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e ristoranti da frequentare.

INDIMENTICABILE!!!
L'appartamento è incantevole:raffinato,funzionale,pulitissimo.
Il grande terrazzo è veramente multiuso:si può mangiare,fare ginnastica, prendere il sole e.....guardare il cielo pieno di stelle!
La casa si trova a poca distanza da passeggiate nei boschi ,nelle città d'arte e in luoghi di grande tranquillità.
Paolo, oltre ad assere veramente simpatico, è molto attento e disponibile nei confronti
degli ospiti.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Vermieter
Wir hatten mit Freunden je eine Wohnung angemietet und konnten unkomplizierten vom Erdgeschoss nach oben tauschen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür Paolo und für Ihre herzliche Art sich um uns zu kümmern! Wir haben eine sehr wohl gefühlt ...

Very convenient quiet location, great host!
From the moment we arrived our host Paolo made us very welcome. He greeted us with some gifts of local products and wine. He checked in with us on a regular basis to ensure everything was fine over the 6 nights we spent there. This apartment in Sigillo turned out to be very convenient for day trips to nearby towns, and Paolo had a comprehensive information book recommending which towns to see and restaurants to visit. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 people and had all we needed to self-cater our meals. The furnishings were mostly antique and nicely restored. Paolo was happy to share the history of this, his family home, with us. Parking was easy once we located the house. There was a washing machine/drier to use in the garage, very handy for long term travellers. Overall, I would recommend this property to couples who are looking to stay in a quiet location, off the tourist track, who have a car and want to explore beautiful Umbria and Le Marche. Paolo farewlled us with another gift, a beautiful wine bottle stopper.

Sehr netter Vermieter, klasse Unterkunft, alles TipTop - SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!
Paolo unterstützt wo´s nur geht und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Verständigen kann man sich mit ihm hervorragend in Deutsch oder Englisch. Tolle Lage, direkt in Sigillo mit nahezu direkter/m Zufahrt/Zugang auf den Monte Cucco. Also ein idealer Spot für alle Gleitschirm- und Drachenflieger, Wanderer oder Biker.

Hospitality beyond expectation
Having booked the location and the apartment and our first time in Umbria we didn't know what to expect
Fear not as Paolo is the most enthusiastic and helpful host
It was Mayday when we arrived and all the shops were closed, but Paolo had provided wine pasta and other "goodies" to see us through till Tuesday
Showing us around the apartment highlighted the work that he had undertaken to expose a very well appointed house and the sheer size of it was amazing
The terrace just adds the finishing touch to enjoy eating in the open air
Paolo helped us with location to visit and all of his suggestions were very valuable. At no time were we disappointed with his recommendations
If you have the opportunity to visit choose Villa Constanzi
We will be returning in 2018 and possibly for 3 weeks. It was that good

Sehr gepflegtes, rennoviertes Steinhaus mit unheimlich aufmerksamem Gastgeber
Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen: das Haus wurde vor kurzem aufwendig rennoviert, dementsprechend neu sind z.B. die Bäder. Die große Wohnung mit Terrasse, in der wir zu Gast waren, ist zu großen Teilen mit sehr stilvollen alten (vermutlich ebenfalls restaurierten) Möbeln aus Familienbesitz bestückt. Insgesamt zeigte die Inneneinrichtung einen gewissen Minimalismus mit viel Liebe zum Detail :-)
Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, reagierte stets sehr schnell auf Nachfragen (z.B. im Vorfeld) bzw. fragte von sich aus nach oder sandte Informationen. Er war stets daran interessiert uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wir möglich zu machen, fragte nach, ob uns etwas fehlte oder gab uns z.B. sehr gute Tipps zum Essen in der Umgebung.
