To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with Direct TV Service for your entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 39" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished enclosed patio has sliding windows, which allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Housekeeping is available on request.
