This nicely appointed beach villa is one of the very closest to Horizons West's spectacular amenities . just steps to the sparkling pool, beachside grills and world renowned soft white sands of Siesta Key! The two bedroom unit has been updated with new windows, doors, kitchen and A/C over last few years. Both master and guest bedrooms were refloored, repainted and refreshed in 2021. The main bathroom was completely remodeled in 2020 with a full-size walk-in shower.
The villa also features a 65 flat screen TV in great room, flat screens in both bedrooms, cable package, internet access, queen-size air mattress for a 5th guest, ceiling fans throughout, full size washer/dryer.

Attached carport provides protection for your vehicle and houses your own BBQ grill.

The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the next.
