The formal dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room. The living area has plenty of seating, a 60-inch TV, a ceiling fan and access to the lanai. The lanai has wrap around views of Siesta Key, an additional dining area, ceiling fans, a reading area and a sleeper sofa.
