Shuttle is not complimentary it is available from 20-30 dollars one way to the airport. The swimming pool floor inside pool was green due to algae so we did not use. Locales used but we did not use the swimming pool. Room was clean and did not smell. Price is unmatched if you don’t need pool. If you like western style eggs, ham, and toast it’s good. If you like Cambodian food you have to eat elsewhere not a buffet style breakfast. I would stay again. I hope pool floor gets cleaned.

its small hotel, near market. Staff try to be friendly but just have poor idea about the business, they need to improve their knowledge and skills. Waiting at their restaurant for drink 45 min also isn't nice

Good location but a little overpriced

When we arrived at the hotel there had been a mix up and our room wasn’t ready but we sat by the pool and waited for them to sort it out which was fine and they were apologetic. The rooms are quite basic but clean and the pool is a welcome addition and stays sunny most of the day. It is also well located near the night market but away enough so as to not be disturbed by the noise from the bars etc. It was the end of Chinese New Year when we were there though and I feel we paid over the odds for what we had it is a £35-40 a night room not £55. Also we had a lot of noisy people on our floor who woke us up both mornings as they decided to get ready with their doors open chatting to each other!

Very nice stay

Nice hotel and great location, staff very helpful , pool good and clean , room good size and clean , only five minute walk and your are in the main part of Siem reap , I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again and tell my friends / family to stay here.

Not going back.

Pro Rooms are clean and the cleaners are great. The hotel got a pool. Good location. Cons Staff checked us in to the wrong room: got downgraded and then they said they could not give us the room we paid for. Lied about tuktuk rides around Angkor park: we had already spent a day at the park and seen a few sites. Asked to book a tuktuk to see some of the others but the staff said that's it's not possible to do it the way we wanted to because the police wouldn't allow it. Tuktuk driver waiting outside of the hotel said it was fine and showed us the sites we wanted to see. Overall stay was fine but would have rather spent my time and money in a different hotel.

Excellent staff, lovely pool, very close to pub st

The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. They have some excellent recommendations if you are staying for a few days and are templed-out. Very convenient location, pool is a blessing after a long hot day. Rooms are clean and comfortable, shower takes a little getting use to, but all clean and fine. Over all the people make this a very friendly, comfortable experience.

The hotel are very friendly and always ready to assist us whenever we make enquiry. They plan the 3 days itinerary for us. They smile to every greet and smile to every guest. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The hotel located near the PUB street and old market. The are shops selling drinks and grocery opposite the hotel.overall, we are happy to choose this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

A great little oasis

This was our first time staying in Cambodia and we were not disappointed. The pool was clean and inviting after a hot day's exploring temples or the city, and we looked forward to our daily swim with an icy cold beer. The staff were always helpful and friendly, organised our airport pick up and tour of Angkor Wat. Breakfast was sensational with lots of variety. The room and facilities were very good. Only criticism would be the location, the street outside the Hotel is very dirty and crowded, but it is within walking distance to Pub Street and good restaurants.

Not sure how this hotel receives a guest rating of 4+ As it is a 2 star hotel with a lot of shortcomings. Was told at check in that one of the two rooms we booked with queen size bed was not available due to overbooking and the reception girl just gave a half hearted "sorry" with no attempt to remedy with upgrade or anything else. The one double room we did have had an A/C that didn't work at all and looked to be infested with mold. Bedroom was designed poorly with TV too high in corner not in good view from bed. We tried to cancel reservation through hotels.com and were told it was too late. Front desk agent "Nita" immediately responded and offered to switch to another room the next day which I accepted. While she was the best at customer service in the entire hotel and truly seemed to care the new room A/C also did not work. I mentioned this to the GM upon check out and told him that they needed to REPLACE the A/C's I'm the rooms he said that would give them some maintenance which frankly would not help these very outdated units. Bathrooms were totally non functional with towel rack on right side of sink instead of near the shower where it should be. No place to set your soap which is just stilly. Soap racks don't cost anything. Water goes all over floor as there is poor drainage. Breakfast is TERRIBLE. Even at 6:30am when it begins everything is COLD and unappetizing. Would not stay here again.

Excellent comfort and lovely escape in Siem Reap

Hotel description and pictures accurately reflect this hotel. lovely clean comfortable room, excellent shower. Staff helpful and friendly, my only criticism of this hotel is that the food options are limited, expensive for Cambodia and the breakfast isn't great, that aside I would most definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Great hotel & people

it has a "home away from home" vibe. the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made sure that our needs were catered especially the receptionists (Thorng & a lady at night shift) We liked the feel of our room, simple yet homey. Their fried rice and bacon were our favorite breakfast. Great location, kinda safe to roam around at night (hotel to PUB st., back & forth). Our tuktuk driver Mr. Dat (from the hotel), though he spoke a liitle english, you can really feel his willingness to provide a great service. Overall, we had a great time staying in the hotel.

We loved our 5 nights stay at the hotel, the room was big, the shower was awesome and we get free bottles of water every day. The staff is amazing! I do recommend this hotel. The food in the restaurant is ok, they could add some dessert in the menu.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Nice and coosy hotel with a good location (walking distance to the city centre, but not so busy). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (they even have free pickup and dropoff from the airport). The nice lady in the reception made us a breakfast to go when we had to get up at 5 am to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Nice pool and ok breakfast.

Great little hotel

Great hotel especially for the price. Staff were extremely attentive，breakfast was tasty and staff very helpful with arranging and recommending tours. Minibar was empty and no bathrobes as advertised in description. Also no coffee in my room but once I let the staff know they sorted it out straightaway. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff made this hotel great, very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and only slightly let down by the surroundings (good location, only afew minutes from downtown, though the neighbourhood was a little rustic). We would stay here again

Hotel bien localisé. Style colonial conservé. Un personnel très efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Attention à demander une chambre à l'opposé de l'entrée car celles du devant sont mal isolées du bruit car en bois à l'ancienne et ne ferment pas complétement donc bruit, moustiques, chaleur...
