I like this hotel. It’s old school SE Asia. The breakfast buffet is always full of great options to load up on before heading out to the Angkor sites. The staff are very friendly, and if you feel like just getting out of your room but not leaving the hotel, the lobby is really comfortable and the pool is nice.

It is convenient to go out to night market, pub street and old market and they only takes 10 mins. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are very nice. They tried their best to understand what my friend and I needed and offered us the best.

Great value and a pleasant stay!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and near the center of town. The Mekong Anchor Palace Hotel was a nice, relatively inexpensive hotel with a swimming pool, restaurant and easy accessibility to many activities that Siem Reap has to offer. The hotel staff were very responsive to requests and actively strived to make my stay enjoyable. I originally booked for two nights and ended up staying for five. I am highly satisfied with my stay and will plan to stay at the Mekong when I return to Siem Reap on my next trip.

Great hotel all around, memorable for sure. Set up a free tuc-tuc ride from the airport, and setup tour to Angkor Wat with our driver. The hotel is a big classic building, with a lovely pool area and bar in the back. Great place to unwind and cool off from the heat. The staff was extremely helpful, and received us with cold tea and a cooled face towel. The room was pretty large, as was the bathroom. AC was cold, big windows. Hotel provided flip-flops for the pool, and pool towels to use on beach-chairs. Breakfast was fine, simple- noodles, rice, eggs. Coffee and tea also available. We wanted to do a late checkout, so rented a room for another night to keep it for the afternoon. The cheaper room we rented was in the back building, and was much simpler and smaller, the AC didn't work well, but it was not a big problem.
