Welcome to our 2-bedroom home in the vibrant town of Shrewsbury. Centrally located in the heart of Shrewsbury, a 2-minute walk from the station, it offers unbeatable convenience. Step outside, you'll find yourself within walking distance of the most popular attractions, including historic buildings, charming back streets with many independent shops, delightful cafes, restaurants and bars. The space
Step into our modern spacious home. The house boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, one downstairs, and one upstairs both with wardrobe storage.

Also downstairs is our spacious kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs there is an open-plan living area, tastefully furnished with modern décor and space perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the charming town of Shrewsbury. Our TV has a Fire Stick but does not offer Freeview TV.

The second bedroom and bathroom are off the lounge, the bathroom has a separate shower and bath with complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.

Whether you're visiting Shrewsbury for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or an extended stay, our modern 2-bedroom house is the ideal accommodation choice.

Other things to note

Our beds can be split into singles upon request. Please let us know when booking or at least 7 days in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests. If no preference is stated, beds will be set up as doubles.

No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the house. If you smoke outside the property, please dispose of any cigarette ends responsibly in a bin and not on the floor.

Both the bedrooms can be set up as a double or twin and we will need to know at the time of booking or at least 72 hrs before your stay as to how you would like these set up.

No Parties or anti social behavior will be tolerated.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
