Called the property before booking to confirm the room size, but arrived at 1am and was given a room without adequate beds. They offered nothing to help and were very dismissive. Bathroom shower leaked under the floor/wall into the adjoining closet and soaked our bags. Couldn't wait to leave! Worst hotel of our trip!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues that made the experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. First, the telephones in the room were broken, which made it difficult to contact the front desk if anything was needed. The room itself was not clean — there were roaches on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The toilet handle was also broken, making the bathroom inconvenient to use. Parking was another major problem. There was no available parking anywhere at the hotel, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the noise level was terrible. The guests above my room were making loud noises and stomping throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, the entire stay was lacking in cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The first room we were given didn’t have working keys. I returned to the front desk and was given new keys. Returned to the room to find a single King bed, not the 2 queens we had booked. Returned to the front desk and was issued a new room. Went to the new room only to find it was already occupied. Returned to the front desk. Was finally given a room on another floor that was ready. It took 65 minutes from arrival to receive new room. It was New Year’s Day, and the hotel was under staffed, so I know they were doing the best they could, but we were never offered even a bottle of water while we dragged our luggage from room to room. Won’t stay here again.
