The property is very old and run down. The staff was excellent and the food good.

Centrally located to where I needed to travel for work/leisure purposes.

The elevators were messed up and the stairs on the property are only for emergency use apparently. Long story short we were trying to get down from the 2nd floor for 2 hours to check out. Called the front desk several times they did nothing , finally a house keeper took out down the employee elevator and out the laundry room.

I was part of other wedding guests staying at the hotel. Gift baskets were dropped off, but took me almost two days to get mine. I "wasn't on the list", even though I called a month ahead and was told I was part of this wedding group. Maybe miscommunication, but was still aggravating. Hotel overall was very nice.

Check in was fast and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and friendly.

Stay here all the time. Always a great experience.

99% of the staff were accommodating and pleasant, except for a front desk clerk that I spoke with on Sunday, 3/25/18 around 640am because the ice machine on the 5th floor was broken. I called 0 to ask for ice she told me that no one was available to bring me ice but the restaurant will open at 7am and I should call back then. I asked her what she suggested I do for ice in the meantime; she replied that I can check another floor. I declined, another employee overheard the conversation and said I can go...She said “well the bellman said he can go”...AMAZINGLY BAD SERVICE by this clerk AT A HILTON-go figure??

Great staff the only fall back was the 50.00 per night incidental fee. I've never encountered more than a 50.00 holding at any hotel, that amount per night is a bit excessive. Other than that everything was great.

You either had to Park across the street in a parking garage or pay $13 plus tip for valet parking No stir sticks for your coffee in the morning No microwave Noisy heater when it turned on. Sounded like somebody pounding on the wall They advertised for extra $10 a Riverview and there is no Riverview. We had a view of the parking garage

Reception desk fast and friendly. Hotel in good condition and clean. Room was clean and quiet.

Cleanliness is a must , very clean and welcoming. There was no waiting booked online .

The staff was very courteous and polite, from the moment we got out of our car when we got there to the moment we left. Only complaint was we ate breakfast both mornings we were there and most of the items were cold.

Having to pay for parking was a little much !! As I said the hotel was very nice but be prepared to pay for parking .

hotel was nice and located to everything i needed. staff was nice but didn't handle my reservation well. i had to call numerous times before i was able to get the room i booked. excuse after excuse doesn't impress me. they were nice and polite.they even supposely checked me off that i was in the room i booked.bad move. poor communications among the staff.room was clean other than that not bad.

Front desk employee named Unique was exceptional as was Ray the shuttle driver and Deonna (sp) at the bar. Valet guys very nice too. This is our favorite place to stay when in Shreveport/Bossier. Great food at the bar as well as a nice 2-6 pm drink special.

With a name (and cost) like Hilton, I would expect more. The hotel seemed a little old and ran down. We tried to check in at 5:00 and I was told, "your room isn't ready, try back in 20 minutes." With checkout being at 11:00 there's no reason why a room shouldn't be ready by 5:00.

Everything was great .would recommend for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great location. Hotel has all amenties, great places nearby for a nice walk.

Was a great stay. We always stay at the hilton when we come to Shreveport. Easy to get to the casino!
