I was given a handicapp room that I didn't book, the shower light didn't work, the plug-in by the sink didn't work, there was sitting water on the floor next to the toilet, the window shade string was broken, and there was no ironing board. I've stayed here before and I loved it. The location is convenient to downtown, the property is well kept and the hotel is clean overall. I will reach out to management with my concerns.

Bathroom had bugs and something black smeared on wall in restroom. It was not clean in areas. Bed was clean and comfortable, front desk staff very nice. She said she would have refunded part but because I went through hotels.com she could not.

The wallpaper was peeling, mold in shower & bathroom ceilings. As well as soap scum on shower floor. I didn’t even take a shower because of how gross it looked. Bugs by air conditioner and bathroom. Floors were dirty, dust everywhere. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. Those pictures were a lie, don’t believe it. The receptionist was nice & adjusted our price for the inconvenience.
