Open the front door and you are met with breathtaking views over Shoreham Beach, awash with wild flowers during the summer months. the ground floor is open plan with kitchen, large dining table and sitting room with huge double balcony doors opening onto the private garden leading directly onto the beach. Off the sitting room is the comfy snug room with an enormous SmartTV, corner sofa and arm chairs. A pool/snooker table sits to one side of the patio doors and a ping pong table to the other side. Bedroom and bathroom 1 are on the ground floor as you come in at the front door. Up the wide staircase to the first floor views across Shoreham and the South Downs greet you. Around a glass balcony, are four ensuite bedrooms. The front 2 bedrooms look out over the beach and ocean with a large balcony spanning the rooms, The beach view rooms each have bathrooms with double sinks and King sized beds. The two smaller en suite rooms have double beds.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Right on the beach

The house is fabulous, especially the 2 master en-suite bedrooms with their balcony and views out to sea. It would be ideal for a large family and is really well equipped. It takes 4 min to walk from the patio doors to the edge of the sea itself, with the shingle starting at end of the garden. I wanted somewhere I could actually manage to get to the sea because I can’t walk very far, and this was fantastic! The beach was never busy near the house and our dog enjoyed walks along the beach and boarded path. The rest of the family walked into Shoreham in about 20 min and Brighton took about half an hour in the car. Communication with Malindi, was quick and very easy and she was very helpful. Would love to stay again sometime.
