1 Shoal Towers provides excellent value for money and is located right across the road from beautiful Shoal Bay beach and under a 5-minute walk to Shoal Bays best restaurants, shops, cafes and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club.
Fabulous two-bedroom unit with linen and bedmaking provided that is tastefully furnished throughout, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living with reverse cycle air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, ceiling fans, sofa bed and water views from the common balcony, the sea breezes just ooze straight into the unit.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs and the fresh bathroom offers a shower, toilet and vanity.
The unit provides a single carport space and the complex has a shared laundry with top loader washing machine and clothes lines located at the rear of the complex.

Great location
This unit is on a great location. Easy walk to local shops and eateries, great view, and swimming at the doorstep. Nice cycleways and walkways.
The let down is that the decor is dated and the wardrobes are half full of other people's items and old linen. Bathroom extremely small.
