1. Excellent staff service
2. Very spacious room even for 3 luggages
3. Separate bath tub and shower area
4. Very clean room
5. Very clean towels, look and feel brand new
6. strong water pressure
7. separate toilet and bath
8. Convenience store attached to the hotel building
9. bus and train stations in front of hotel
10. very fast wifi internet connection
Cons:
1. hotel has no own parking lot (which is mostly the case in japan, as per our experience)
2. hotel has no temporary space to unload luggages, if you are driving
3. no sheltered walkway to the parking lot. if it is raining, you will get wet walking from parking lot to the hotel
