It is adjacent to the 2nd Floor stairs, the living room, and our Breakfast rooms. 176 sq. ft., King bed, private bathroom, mini-fridge, pet-free. Adults (18+) only, max. occupancy 2. Adults 21+ only. No parties or visitors. There is a potential for noise.
