We have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh for many years . It is undoubtably the best hotel in Sharm . Every aspect of this hotel is amazing from location to food and service. The staff make this hotel they do everything from there hearts .

Friendly staff with amazing location. Outstanding spot for diving. The only thing they could have done it better is the golf car service and the number of staff servicing at the beach. However, it is a very nice hotel with unique spirit.

great location with nice snorkeling spot on the hotel beach facility is well maintained , very good food quality , friendly staff, spa is very nice one kids had fun with the slide very relaxing & nice hotel

Check in was quick however we did not get a tour of the resort which was necessary given the size of the resort. We were also not allowed to amend our booking to half board or full board. The room allocated to us was the furthest away in the resort. The room was extremely dirty and looked like it was not cleaned in months. The balcony floor was dirty, the chair had stains on it, the couch smelled of sweat. The tiles in the room were not cleaned. The water in the toilet was brown and the water from the taps were also brown. The frames were broken and crooked and the wardrobe was filthy, old and awful to look in. We were not given gowns. It appeared that the room was not cleaned or occupied in a very long time. We complained about the room. At first they said that there was no other room available in the resort. When I told them that I’m extremely unhappy to even pay for this room they magically found another room much closer to the resort. The next room was much better but still not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. If this was a 3 star hotel then this would have been fine. Everything in the room is old and run down. It’s as though this place has not been renovated or maintained since it was opened. The wood is old and worn and is in desperate need of varnish. Even the granite finishes are worn out and also dusty. The shower is horrendous! The pressure is pathetic and erratic and it was a treat if you had hot water. We have stayed in many 5 star resorts and this has got to be the worst experience we have had. The pools are also not heated very well considering this is December/ January. In fact only 1 of the 4 pools were heated and that too it was luke warm. It was unpleasant to swim in. This is supposed to be a 5 star Hyatt standard resort but I can’t see how they can be awarded such a rating given how old and Not maintained this place is. It has the potential to be a wonderful place but it is in severe need of tlc. There is so much staff maintaining the outside garden areas, why is there nobody maintaining the inside??? This hotel is not cheap at all and I wish I could get refunded as this is most definitely not what I expected to pay for a so called 5 star resort.

My sister and I traveled to Sharm El Sheikh in mid-December. The hotel was an amazing value. We opted for the club option, totally worth it! The private beach is lovely and quiet. Ahmed Kilani was our beach host. He was very kind and helpful. Georges and Mohamed work in the club lounge. They were both really great: welcoming and helpful with ideas on what to do outside of the sort, although we never left:) This was our vacation within a vacation so we wanted all the beach time we could get:) The food and drinks were great. And the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely go back if I get the chance!

From good to better till they reach the best always it’s surprising me how they are improving the rooms the outsides with good maintaining plants and the food of dinner is very good and much better than before and good variety-though there breakfasts is not that much in regular restaurant I’m staying in 9311 and the room suit is v good located for the club and the swimming pool I like the club is still nice and there is the lovely George and at the breakfast or dinner in regular restaurant there is Karim who is so lovely and the chef of pastries with lovely and delicious cakes best in egypt for sure while the only negative may be the waiting time for club car and the internet it’s very slow and even bad in room and the tv channels and TV sets it self are very old they have to change to led at least as we r in 5 starts hotel while all staff are lovely and the cleaning staff to all services they are woow even mohamed from swimming pool of club he is wonderful simply I advise u do blindly and book HYATT Sharm if u intend to go Sharm for all together luxury relax and service

We booked 3 rooms & paid good amount of money seeking a high level of care. I forgot my phone charger in the room & called the reception after 2.5 hours from checking out so I can send someone to pick it up but it was weird that the asked to call at 6 pm & when I did they said call us tomorrow as house keeping is not available!! Next day called them & after transfering me to house keeping they said nothing found!!! Also while checking in, the receptionist said there is discount on massage between 11am till 3pm but when we did they said it's canceled although it's written everywhere. Not the best experience at all despite the place is nice.

An excellent choice for both Business travellers & vacationers, a very tranquil atmosphere that gets you ready for work while your family is safely sitting back and relaxing at the Hotel and it’s wonderful facilities and services.

An excellent experience for me. I will definitely go again. Staff is incredibly dedicated and they are fully interactive. Customer service is just perfect. Food and beverage professionally prepared and served warmly.

hyatt shows the difference between staying in a world wide known chain that makes a different experience compared to not known chains will definetly go back again and again and will use my membership next time to collect points
