Beautiful and a stunning location and garten. Beautiful view over the Red Sea. The sun is shining from dawn till dusk. Great staff that are very forthcomming. At the hotel you alwas feel welcome and if you need help - you get right away.
I have been at the resort many times, and i m satisfied with eveeything. But this time the dinner experience was not good unfortunatnly. We staid for two weeks and the food was the same, and the arangment of disheh did not look apealing. THe new chef did his best, so i dont think it is his fault. Other then the food, everything else was just perfect.
we stayed at this hotel twice so far, we love sharm el sheikh and the hotel is beautifully located in Sharm with easy access to Naama Bay and the old market, we always booked a club room and we were always looked after.
My reason for booking this trip was for the scuba diving and was excited to learn that there was a diving center on the hotel beach. The scuba and snorkeling right off the beach is among the best I have ever had and is enough of a reason to look forward to my next visit.
It was nearly 12 months since I last visited the hotel and I did have a good two weeks. Received a very warm welcome by everyone despite arriving very late at night, as I had travelled from Cairo the shuttle bus collected me from the airport which was great at that time of night. On arrival I was very swiftly transferred to my room for which I was very grateful for since it had been an early start. Many staff have left the hotel since my visit last year but the staff remaining are still as professional as ever, nothing too much trouble and very friendly. It was nice to be among friends. Some areas of the hotel have been refurbished; the pools as ever very clean and now have a lifeguard watching guests in the pool. The grounds and rooms kept immaculate. My thanks to Gergus, Aya and Chef Abdu Mac Souk for making sure a selection of food was available because of my allergies. Café Fresco, The Souk and Stars bar were open during my visit but this depends on the guests in the hotel. I will return and can only recommend you to try this hotel, please look at my past reviews for more details. The route I took was London Heathrow to Cairo with Egypt Air, then down to Sharm very little time hanging around in Cairo. Many Thanks to everyone in Sharm for a great vacation.
Great hotel... amazing landscape and good assortment of activities. Wide variety of restaurants and cuisines. Friendly and very helpful staff. Convenient location within Sharm. The only drawback is that its very big so u have to travel around
Property is splendid. Rooms need a lifting thu. but it is understandable. Staff is very welcoming and helping. Especially Mohammed from FO. Great location and lots of service like recreational center or hair salon...very practical. The best in Sharm for quality/price.
From the moment of our arrival, pick up went smoothly and very welcoming with the hotel pick up we ordered (note that free pick up from airport is however only offered for local flights, which we read in the general terms and conditions, so no surprise there, only mentionning it for full information). Our driver waited regardless of the small delay of our flight and was super welcoming. Check in was swift. Room lovely apart from a refresh clean needed for the bathtub, that was offered to be done the same night, but we choose to have done the next day, having arrived late at night. The room and service was flawless from there on. Special thanks to our housekeeper Mahmut, for always making sure everything was in order and relentlessy checking up, for possible improvements, which we much appreciated but we could never find any 😀. The beach is very nicely kept although, from our point of view there could be a harsher policy/reprimand of guest eg. For feeding fishes or standing on corals etc. we witnessed to our regret. Although i understand it is not always easy to tell guests what they can/cannot do, preservation should also count for future enjoyment of others. The pools were magnificently kept and are glorious all together. In terms of food, we felt that there were sufficient options, however taking into account that the hotel did make the intelligent choise of leaving only the main dinner hall and souk open for dinner, given that tourisl dropped overall hopefully as to avoid to much food waste. For the future I would recommend, when sustainable to reopen an a la carte restaurant for those nights when guest are in the mood for fully waitered dinner/something even more fancy. The available options were however all superbly prepared and i recommend in particular the pastries and many sorts of bread which were so lovely and felt freshly baked on premises every morning. The full staff was extremely hospitable and friendly and would go through all lenghts to meet any request (or assist you even before you could ask) and obviously takes pride in superseding your expectations and needs what they manage to do throughout. If I really needed to find points to improve the experience even more ( these should not even be considered as critique as such) it would be : - to refresh the tiling on the upper pool floor as some small tiles are coming loose which can be uncomfertable for your feet when you are not aware of it. - to choose different anemnities for the shower gel/conditioner which feel a little bit like glue and for me personally did not have the nicest smell but overall this was not an issue since we always bring our own. In summary a superb stay which we would repeat without hesitating.
This property is incredibly beautiful with endless views of the Red Sea from just about everywhere in the hotel, as it is built alongside a hill. Lots of water and trees around the property, great service, excellent food and warm and friendly staff. It was a joy to stay here and end our holiday in Egypt with a little slice of heaven!
This was our 2. stay at Hyatt club room - and everything was as good as the first time. We will come back again. The hotel is quite nice, rooms too - beach and fish to see on the corals ar so wonderful. Staff are so polite and kind and do everything to make you feel happy and have a wonderful vacation.
