It’s indeed the 5 stars experience that we are looking for our vacation. Front desk ladies and men were very nice and they’re there to assist you especially with language barrier. Food has a lot of choices and we even got complementary by bumping our room to suite!!! Recommend this hotel when you bring your family! We will definitely come back here again!

Overall great, but the location is not the best. Breakfast needs improvement, except for the fruits and eggs. Don’t understand how ikea’s cups end up in a 5 stars hotel.. I don’t want to drink my morning coffee or tea in these. It’s the first time in my life that I see that. Staff and room were great.

Great Hotel with Poor Food Service

This Marriott Parkview hotel is located near a major city park and shopping center, and quite close to a subway station. The facility is excellent, but food service for both breakfast and lunch buffet is declining in quality, not fitting for a 5-star hotel, and not nearly as good as the other Marriott we stayed previously.

It was a pleasant stay. We arrived around 11pm and we wanted to eat but restaurants in the hotel were closed. We ordered room service but it took an hour to bring to our room though we were told that it'll take 20mins only. But overall stay was good.

Fabulous service, good food, and my room had access to the executive lounge which offered free food and drink in the evenings including wine and beer, and snacks and drinks during the day. Room was spacious and comfortable.
