A very good location in Shanghai. Close downtown and subway. Room is too small. An old building with some musty smell. However, comparing what paid, it is a good deal.
Bad service, lobby has strong smell, never got the suite I reseverved. Three times I reserved [...] a business king bed suite and not once I was given that room. The upgrade is really depressing, holes in the floors, bathroom moldy and has a hole. Actually I turned in my key and stayed with a friend my last reservation.
Realy Horrible stay ,the Hotel is not at all 4 star .Rooms are very small ,[...]I paid additional money to staff for the same rooms whish I booked .Not at all reccomondable
This hotel boast a 4 star rating but is actually a 1 or 2 at best. The rooms are extremely small and the beds are rock hard. Bathroom is old but fairly clean. Staff should learn better english to communicate better. Finally a car was arranged to take me to the airport but driver didnt know the way. Drove very slow and reacted angrily when I attempted to speak to him.The food was horrible
hotel was nice room was nasty tile floor was black mold tube in shower was black mold color in the grout the worst hotel i stayed in they did not wont to give me more than one toilet tissue would never stay there ever bed broke on the 3 night again it the hotel should not be on the list to stay in
It took the hotel 45 minutes to provide the shower tower. I had asked 10 times and spell 10 times the word TOWER so they can understand.
Hotel was relatively far from public transit and things to do. Did not even come close to meeting my expectations for a 4-star hotel. Staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful with some issues with my reservation. Shower had no hot water at all. Bed was extremely hard (typical for China perhaps). Advertisments for illicit services had been slipped under my door upon arrival. Business center was a joke - a single antiquated computer with extremely slow internet access. Would not recommend.
