THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!!!!

This is NOT A HOTEL. It should not even be listed. This is a residential area that you are not allowed in unless someone escorts you inside. Hotels.com needs to do a better job validating Hotels. NOTHING on the site represents the actual room. I arrived at the gate the security guard told us they are a "Residential property" and CANNOT OPERATE as a B&B. It's against China law!!!! In addition, the address listed on the site is NOT Correct!!! It's completely false. The restroom is leaking and there's dirty footprint in the restroom. DISGUSTING!!!! This is absolutely the worst I've been too and very surprised that Hotels.com allows these bogus B&Bs to be listed on the site. Very disappointed in Hotels.com.

Fantastic experience

I have travelled all over the world,BnB is my faverate type, you know much more the real local people’s life than the traditional hotel , no matter the level of the hotel I recommend this villa BnB since it is clean and quiet, and the owner is kind . This is well know BNB in Shanghai and a must go place
