Pur stay in this holiday inn was womderful. The hotel staffs are very nice, they gave up a free upgrade to the city view room. This hotel is very family friendly, my dauther loves to stay in the hotel and not willing to leave, wishing she can continue to stay. Wew ill definitely pickt the same hotel in the next visit.

Super convenient location with just 5 minutes walk to 2 different metro stations in the shopping area, and also in walkable distance to the Bunds. They have also got a large variety of breakfast. Location is perfect. Facing the main nanjing shopping street in Shanghai. If your room is right, you can see the front square and lots of landmarks. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we enter this hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean throughout our stay. We had an issue caused by Expedia, but the hotel team was able to resolve it quickly, especially after Expedia customer service was not helpful at all. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the room layout wasn’t very practical for a family traveling with a young child. Overall, a good stay thanks to the staff and location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and family-friendly design.
