The bed coverings were stained & didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in months. There was long black hairs all over the room & towels. Adjoining room patrons kept their TV on at a loud volume all night & were not curious to other guests with noise.

Staff member was friendly but when we got to our the room, opened the door, 2 big roaches were just strolling across the room. Staff gave us a different room but after seeing that I was unsettled the rest of the evening Hotel used way to strong of floor cleaner, like trying to mask a smell but only made it worse

The guy working at night was unprofessional and refused to speak. One of our beds had blood stains on the comforter. If you stay here check the beds first. The woman was nice though when we checked out the next morning.

For the price of over $200 per night, the room itself was very tight without drawers or much in terms of amenities. There is not a fitness center etc, but the overall complaint I have, is the intense moldy. Mildew smell throughout the property and room to the point where my eyes started to burn and my nose was irritated. It felt damp and not comfortable.
