Gîte in a renovated old house, located in a hamlet on a farm (Charolais cattle breeding), adjoining a rental property, close to the owner's home. On the ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), dressing room, shower room, toilet, storage room. Access to the bedrooms and bathrooms via 2 internal steps. Wi-Fi. Private landscaped grounds of 100 m², terrace (garden table, barbecue). Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €15/bed/stay; Towel rental: €10/person/stay.
Additional charge: Tourist tax; Electric heating based on general meter reading (8kWh deduction per day for normal consumption).
