Spacious duplex house of 265m2 located in the emblematic neighbourhood of San Bernardo. The house consists of two floors; on the ground floor we have an entrance hall, a spacious living room and a modern kitchen. It also has a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms. Two of them have 160cm x 200cm beds and en-suite bathrooms. The other two have one with two beds of 80cm x 200cm and the other with a small double bed of 135cm x 200cm. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The neighbourhood of San Bernardo is close to the historic Ronda and adjacent to the city centre of Seville and 15 minutes walk from the cathedral.
