Es una primera planta en una casa tranquila con tres dormitorios, dos baños, salón, agradable y amplio comedor. También tiene un pequeño balcón en la habitación principal para un desayuno romántico en caso de parejas. El apartamento, dispone de todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar usted o su familia para poder viajar sin preocuparse de nada.

La cocina cuenta con: Nevera, vitrocerámica, Lavadora con secadora, cafetera Nespresso, tostador, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua, exprimidor. Además de tradicional vajilla española de alta calidad y todo el menaje necesario para que tenga una excepcional estancia.

El apartamento también cuenta con WIFI, Aire acondicionado, Smart TV 40” 4K, welcome pack, plancha, secador de pelo, gel de baño, champú, toallas, Playstation 3 y Wii bajo petición. Como puede comprobar cuenta prácticamente con cualquier cosa que pueda necesitar.

Los dormitorios se dividen en:
Gran dormitorio principal con agradable cama de matrimonio de 150x200, romántico y pequeño balcón, baño en suite y un armario empotrado.

Un segundo dormitorio muy amplio con 2 cómodas camas de 90x200 y armario empotrado.

El tercer dormitorio algo más pequeño, cuenta con una cama nido para dos personas además de un armario.

Junto a estos dos dormitorios hay un completo baño de diseño.

Sujeto a disponibilidad tenemos la posibilidad de ofrecer aparcamiento a 3 minutos andando.

El Check-In está disponible desde el primer día que usted haya reservado a partir de las 15:00, pero en caso de que fuese necesario podríamos recibirle antes y almacenar sus maletas sin coste adicional para que puedan disfrutar de la ciudad.

Usted dispone de acceso completo al apartamento para que lo disfrute; dentro de los servicios que se ofrece además del WIFI gratuito y welcome pack, sujeto a la disponibilidad podemos ofrecer aparcamiento a 2 minutos andando del piso en caso de que usted venga en coche.

El check-out es a las 11:00 AM del último día que usted tenga reservado, sujeto a disponibilidad, podemos ofrecer de manera totalmente gratuita un late check-out.

Previo a su llegada nos pondremos en contacto con usted para recomendarle las formas más sencillas de llegar al apartamento según si planea venir en coche, tren o avión. En caso de que lo solicitase, podríamos enviar por e-mail un mapa con la ruta para llegar cómodamente.

Si tienen cualquier necesidad especial, nos lo pueden informar antes de su llegada para intentar ayudarles en todo lo que esté en nuestra mano.

A su llegada le recibiremos personalmente y emplearemos tiempo en explicarle todas las comodidades de las que dispone en el apartamento, además de sugerirle qué hacer en nuestra ciudad para que disfrute del tiempo de estancia, tanto turísticamente como gastronómicamente. También le indicaremos dónde se encuentran los supermercados, farmacias más cercanas y cualquier otro servicio que usted pueda necesitar. Por supuesto, resolveremos cualquier duda que le surja.

Estivimos un fin de semana con cinco amigas. La situación es muy buena, en una calle tranquila. Piso silencioso. La decoración y limpieza del apartamento excelentes. Muy completo de productos de limpieza, baño, cocina, etc. Angela nos dió unas recomendaciones de la ciudad, y estuvo muy atenta con nosotras.

This apartment deserves 10/10 stars for its excellent location. It's been nicely remodeled, and the bedrooms are great with comfortable beds. It's very clean, and was surprisingly quiet given its central location. There is a huge, wonderful high end supermarket 2 blocks away on the lower level....everything you need. Jose, our contact person, was very nice. The owners need to put in some effort into maintenance. There are several broken chairs, including one that is quite dangerous in the dining area, broken light fixtures resulting in dim lighting, and the entire kitchen faucet comes off if turned. The layout is unusual but worked for us.None of the above really detracted from our wonderful stay in Seville. With some attention to maintenance this apartment deserves a higher rating

This home was perfect for our family of five over the Christmas holiday (2 adults and 3 teens). It was walkable to all the local sites as well as plenty of restaurant and bar options. The host had great communication as well. We loved our stay in Seville!

The apartment is suitable for a stay in Seville. It is certainly rougher than the photos make it appear. Part of that is the scam that is photography, and part of it is European building standards, and incredibly old/historic buildings. The host was was pleasant to deal with, and got us checked in straight away. After check-in he was moderately responsive.Two of our four mornings we were awakened to loud construction. One day was a pipe that was worked on in the neighboring building. The next was the downstairs neighbor doing some sort of furniture refinishing with a sander. The building across the street is being remodeled as well. None of these were the fault of the host, but folks who are looking to stay here should know that this will be going on for the foreseeable future. As Americans, one of the challenging/fun aspects of travelling in Spain are the late meals/late nights. The 9:00-11:00 p.m. meals, sights, and sounds lose their luster when the jackhammering starts at 7:00 a.m.The apartment is a little rough around the edges. It was clean enough, but the shower situation, like much of Europe, takes a little getting used to. There is really only one shower that is usable in the apartment, the other being too small to turn around in without hitting the shower handle. The kitchen was fine. We did lose power a few times, but it was restored quickly. The building felt safe, the location could not be beat.

Beautiful space

This was our favorite space in all the ones we rented in Spain. Beautiful, great location, liked the way the rooms were situated so there was plenty of space for teens. I might recommend a couple more items in the kitchen, extra pot, cutting board, etc. Very comfortable beds too!

Great stay- Highly recommend

We really loved the apartment. It was exactly as described and well located. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the host through the VRBO app as there was no response to our inquiries as the check in date grew closer. That said he did ultimately respond and was there waiting for us when our taxi arrived. We arrived before the check in time before the apartment had been cleaned but he was kind enough to let us store our bags there while we toured Sevilla. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment as it was a wonderful base for our stay in Seville!

Great location

My family (45yrs +) of 5 stayed at this location in Jan 2023. The location is great. It is not right in the center of stores and restaurants, but very close to Plaza Nueva. The main bedroom and bedroom is in the opposite side of the large unit. Maybe not the best if you have young children. Our host/property manager was prompt in responding to questions. For check-in the manager meets you at the property. We arrived by train about a15 min car ride away. I stayed in the main bedroom, which faces the street. An issue we had was every night around midnight it gets very noisy, from neighbors or from the family that lives upstairs. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Great central location. Lovely character-filled apartment. Lovely bedrooms. Kitchen had everything needed. Great Showers, Beds were incredibly comfortable. Jose was really helpful and good to know he was available if needed but we did not have any problems.

Perfect Location

This property was in the perfect location for our first trip to Sevilla. Jose helped us rent a parking space so we were able to walk to all of our destinations, sights and restaurants. There was plenty of space for my family of 4 plus Grandma. The beds were comfortable after long days of walking! We would absolutely stay here again.

Its a gem

We loved it here! Its a very neat, wrapped around apartment, with everything you need inside. Kitchen had everything you needed, including toaster and kettle. We made tea and coffee every day. The other great thing about this gem is that it is very close to everything in el arenal. I mean everything: a zillion of restaurants and stores, the cathedral and real alcazar nearby. I mean, you cannot beat the location! We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!
