L appart est super bien situé mais pensez aux bouchons d’oreille car l avenue est extrêmement bruyante. L appartement bénéficie d’une salle de bain et d un coin cuisine tres exiguë et tres sommaire. De plus la cabine de douche fuit. En clair pas grave mais pas très agréable Rien a dire sur le service du gerant immobiler: disponible et communication facile

trop bruyant

L'appartement étant bruyant car fenêtre très mal isolées, beaucoup de bruit venant de la rue malgré qu'il soit situé au 4ème étage. Trop de bruit de frigo etc... dans l'appartement pendant la nuit.
