The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, but very noisy. Facial towels, tissue, conditioner, and coffee was not provided. We paid to include breakfast, but didn’t feel it was worth the price. The Internet didn’t work half the time.

Everything was great. The staff, breakfast. The location is outstanding for exploring the historic neighbourhoods around the cathedral and Alcázar. We loved being able to find so many places to see and eat so close. It made a stormy winter visit very enjoyable.

Although the building is old, the room was cleaner and nicer than I expected. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold, which was uncomfortable, but fortunately there was an extra blanket in the closet. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle water provided in the mini fridge. I would consider staying here again if I return to Seville.
