The location is good, around 2.5 km from city center and 2-3 minutes from bus station. If you came with car, the parking is expensive and you can let your car at other location. Room was small and the breakfast is expensive and we dont want to eat here.
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and that was enough. The reception staff were pleasant and gave us our room without delay. The room was small and sparse with few amenities. The room was also particularly noisey from doors that guests let slam and from cleaning staff talking very loudly in the corridors. There is obviously no sound-proofing. I think there are far better hotels to be had in Seville.
How can a three star hotel not provide hot water to bath at 15 degrees outside. Very inconvenient stay for 3 nights. Small rooms, no room service, no coffee shop and no in house restaurant. Toilets were broken, flush was not working. It was my worse stay ever. Written a complaint to the management during the stay no revert till date and it has been 2 weeks now.
We really enjoyed our 3 nights here although it was very noisy. Our room had been recently refurbished and was very nice, However, there was a lot of noise in the hotel from a variety of sources. Firstly, if you overlook the breakfast area you will have the morning noise. Our room overlooked another courtyard and if people were out there in the evening it was very noisy. Also, the corridors are quite bare so door slamming or people in the corridors are very loud. Also, (and it seems like a minor thing) the light switches are a modern design and there are a lot of them. We were able to hear our neighbours clicking them on and off trying to work out which were which. Noise gripes aside - we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and they were able to accommodate our early arrival which was a bonus as we were only expecting to drop our bags off. Breakfast was excellent.
Awful place, horrible front office, rat size rooms. Low budget place. My experience thanks to Wow Club . The trip is supposedly luxury tour organised by Wow to Spain and the entire group is suffering with penny pinching.
We just checked in this evening as a group of 13 and realised that all the rooms are different and it's hard to decide which one is more terrible. The rooms are like boxes and the ones that are supposed to be double occupancy are certainly not meant for two people. The supposedly renovated rooms are also horribly designed with the bathroom being right in front of the bed and provides hardly any privacy. So if you are not traveling with your spouse/partner, this is not meant for you. The reception staff actually shushed us (with the finger on his mouth gesture) when we were upset about the rooms' size and quality. Highly rude and unprofessional treatment, let alone offering an apology for the mess and offering a solution. If you are on a budget, you might be willing to make a compromise but even then please check the room before you book. We came with the expectation of luxury as promised by the tour package and are greatly disappointed. While we deal with our tour coordinators on this issue, this hotel provides no comfort, assurance or quality.
We visited this hotel for 6 days in January and were really pleased with what we found. The hotel staff were wonderfully friendly and the hotel had a (slightly faded) charm that was very appealing. The rooms were well fitted out and it was a lovely touch to be welcomed with a free minibar, which was stocked every day. Breakfast was great, simple but good quality, particularly the cheeses and pastries, and it was fantastic that breakfast was served until 11am. The rooms are based around courtyards and my only complaint was that this made it rather noisy, though the tinkling of the fountain was lovely to wake up to. The position of the hotel is not particularly central to the main city highlights, around a 25min walk to the cathedral. The area appeared to be more residential, though it is only minutes from the river and from some delicious and lively traditional bars and restaurants. Overall, a perfect stay for someone who wants to be a little on the outskirts, yet get a real feel for Seville life, a treat indeed!
Booked for one night, great price with breakfast included and importantly parking. If staff are a company's best asset, I hope this hotel appreciate their staff. Delightful young women answered our queries, checked us in quickly and pointed us in the direction of town. The room, for the price and for one night, was fine. We'd previously stayed at the Madrid Eurostar which was excellent so it was hard not to make comparisons. But outside of the rather bizarre glass door to the bathroom, the noise from the lift beside the room and setting up of breakfast in the courtyard below our window, it was a reasonable stay. The centre of town is a 20 minute walk and, with the map provided by reception, very easily achieved. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and fresh, very enjoyable.
In terms of location, this hotel is great, breakfast offered many breads and pastries. Sadly they gave us (group of 3) a room next to the lift and it was very noisy. The staff wouldn't accommodate out request to change rooms and was very flippant to out tour guide, who then promptly checked us out and found us new digs
We stayed here for 4 nights and here are the highlights: + big rooms + good location + excellent customer service + very warm rooms - cleanness - breakfast, a lot of options but poor quality, especially the pastries - noise - worn out sheets and towels
