It has a roof terrace for common use with beautiful views of the Iglesia del Salvador, the cathedral and other church steeples.Ideal location in the heart of Seville. Great location, needs a review of cooking and dining utensils

Location central, good ambience but needs a cook to upgrade cooking provisons and utensils, eg wine glasses, implements and kitchen tools. Very important for travellers who like to shop at local markets and cook from time to time

Fantastic!

Phenomenal location, fairly quiet side street, and great amenities lead this to being a fantastic place to stay while in Seville. I was worried at first, thinking I would like to be closer to the river, but I am so happy we decided on this place after we were there. It was wonderful to be five minutes from the Setas and 7 minutes from the Cathedral. Right in the heart of all the sights to see and a short walk to the river and Trianna. When we return in a few years, it is where we plan to stay again!

Terrible communication

The location is perfect but the listing is wrong. The terrace mentioned is not accessible to visitors using the apartment, it is locked and a hand written notice says only tenants and owners have access. The agency, Sevilla a moviemento , are terrible communicators. Despite giving them an accurate eta of 1400 we had to wait two hours for an agent to arrive and let us in. The agency only communicated with us 4 minutes before the agent arrived at which point I had set off to walk to their office to try to get some communication. The apartment had several lights not working. The kitchen light clearly has been broken for some time. One or the three dining area spotlights worked and the main bedroom light failed while we were there. I sent a message to the agency asking them to fix the lights. I got no reply and they were not fixed. What a shame. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay in Seville, but not a good experience with that agency.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is ideally located to visit Seville, just few steps from San Salvador and plaza de la Alfalfa with many bars and restaurants around! The street is also very quiet at night.
