Great location. Pictures were representative of the property. Host was amazing and had donuts delivered on Valentines’s Day! We had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to make our engagement official!! We would definitely visit again!

The cabin was spacious enough for eight adult, and four children, ages eighteen months to 82 years old.The place was very clean, in fact one of the cleanest places that we've ever been too. The host was very quick to respond. There was coffee and doughnuts on our first full day from our host. The bathrooms were furnished with everything you would need including a Keurig coffee pot and coffee paraphernalia.There was a spacious back deck with plenty of seating to look at our gorgeous view and the weather was pretty good so we spent hours outside on the deck. It also gave the littlest one space to run back and forth.There was plenty of towels, games, blanketes ect.We all thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and will more than likely book again.We've been coming to the are for about eighteen years and everyone said this cabin was their favorite. The movie room and hot tub were the kids favorites.Thankyou for our great time.

I can't say enough good things about this house. This is our second time staying here at Christmas time. It really is the perfect house for hosting a large group from the wide open space with the kitchen and living area, to the downstairs with the movie room and pool table. They have really thought of everything you could possible need. And the views are gorgeous The host is outstanding most probably one of the best host I have dealt with of any rental companies. Trust me if your looking at renting a house in the Pigeon Forge area you won't go wrong with this house. We are already planning our visit for next year.

The location of the house to the national park and some great restaurants in the Wears Valley/Townsend area was ideal. You can drive about 4 miles and you are in the park. The kids loved the space downstairs with the pool table and the home theater area. The views from the porches were gorgeous. If you want to go over to the congested side of the area, attractions like Dollywood were easy to access.The house was well maintained, well equipped and just a really comfortable place to relax after a day in the park and visits to the nearby towns like Townsend and Pigeon Ford/Sevierville. If we revisit the area, we want to stay here again,

We loved the house and the furniture which was very comfortable. We only had seven adults but there is plenty of space for many more. We grilled and ate dinner on the deck with a magnificent view. Watched movies and played pool, a very fun house. David, the new host, was wonderful to work with if we needed anything.

This is our 8th time staying at Teaberry Vista Lodge and we absolutely love staying there. From the gorgeous Mountain View’s to the upscale decor and the layout of this beautiful Cape Cod style home, it’s been a great experience! We had a great stay at Teabeary Vista. Mary Beth is straightaway one of the top hosts we have encountered - everything was just easy starting with initial communications, through the arrival process and through the departure. Property is beautiful - in great shape with plenty of space and fantastic views. We love this area as you’re close to the Park and the craziness that is Pigeon Forge, but while at the home you have a peaceful getaway where it’s hard to imagine your just 10-15 mins from the attractions.Many small touches helped as well - I won’t remember many but the home is well equipped for your first evening or two if you’re not able to get to the supermarket straightaway. Everyone in my family loved the home and enjoyed the stay, I cannot speak highly enough to Mary Beth and the property itself.Thanks for a great week for my family!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Teaberry Vista was excellent! The house was in a great location and provided our group of 12 plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the expansive back decks overlooking the beautiful mountains. We all enjoyed the daily bear visits to the property. The house is located close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough to be able to enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings back at the house.

This property is Heavenly! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. We had a group of 15, ages seven through 69. The kids enjoyed the theater room, fishing pond and pool. I highly recommend River Rat Tubing, Apple Valley Mountain Village, and Metcalf Bottoms. Mary Beth is a friendly host, who I would love to have met! I have been coming to the Smokies for 59 years, and this is the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in. We also enjoyed dinner at the Abbey, a charming little place on the river. I highly recommend this place, and will be coming back.

Fantastic House with Great Views

Our stay was fantastic! Great porches with amazing views. House was very clean and kept up. The house was great for our family and kids, something for everyone to do. It’s a great location and we were very pleased with everything. Communication with the host was great! She was quick to respond and very helpful, from checking in to any questions that we asked! Beautiful house with plenty of room for the nine of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The porch overlooking the mountains was perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The kids loved the movie room and the recreation room. We even saw a mama bear and her two cubs one evening from the safety of the porch. We could not have been happier with our choice.

Amazing property!

This property had everything we could have needed or wanted for our family reunion! From the oversized deck with its fantastic views, the hot tub, the movie theater — there was something for everyone. We were all so comfortable with our spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Thank you to Mary Beth for all the little touches like extra toiletries and laundry pods and toys for the kids. We loved our stay so much, we hope to stay there again next year.
