Communication with the company was good until a refund on the cleaning fee was requested. The company offered to send out their person to clean the neglected areas, but we declined - we didn't want someone in the home without us being there and we didn't want to be stuck in the home waiting for someone to come and wait for them to finish. The home should have been cleaned prior to arrival. The home was not clean - initially it looked good when you look at the sinks, fridge, toilets, tub, shower- but there was dust every where, especially on the ceiling fans. Furniture legs had hair and dust, knickknacks/blinds/window sills not dusted. The wrap-around porch and furniture were dirty/dusty. A partial cleaning refund was given with nearby construction as the reason (doesn't explain the inside uncleanliness) We had to wash all kitchenware before using. The hot tub was clean and nice to use. Homes are close to each other and the master bedroom could use a curtain or covering at night as you can see the neighbors. Both fireplaces worked great. Location was good to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We did not use any resort amenities. The company does provide a few basic supplies but we did need to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent (we were 3 people and there for 5 nights) I would not rent this cabin or stay in that community again.
