Mountain views were ok. The refrigerator at the cabin did not work, it was frozen over by the freezer. There were quite a few light bulbs burnt out. The shades were in poor condition. Hot tub did not get as hot as it should have. Jacuzzi same as hot tub. I don’t know, we did a good job of making the best of what we had while there. Had I felt any of it was a HUGE issue, I would have reached out. But if we return to Tennessee again, we would not book with Aunt Bugs.

A nice getaway

Me and my now finace stayed at the secluded cabin and loved every minute of it. The cabin was nice and clean. Hot tub felt amazing. Pool table was fun. It was an amazing trip and we will definitely be coming back.

Thanksgiving Get•Away

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! We did get in late due to traffic, the check in process (I did in person) was super simple, staff was very friendly. The drive was about 25 mins from the check in location I was a little concerned because it was dark but it wasn’t bad going to the cabin. The GPS will not take you directly to it but I was provided with instructions so finding it was no issue. It was very secluded which we enjoyed. We did loose power and internet but it was resolved in a timely manner, also had an issue with the burner which was also resolved in a timely manner. Everyone was super friendly with great communication and check out was SO simple! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

We absolutely adored this location for our quiet getaway! Close enough to everything, though anything is a drive with this being up a mountain (gorgeous views!!). Was overall very pleased with the service and accommodations. Opted for online check in, which was crazy easy and convenient. The hot tub and grill worked great, and we enjoyed the cabin so much that we almost stayed in every day we were there 😂 Unfortunately we opted out of using the heart tub due to perceived cleanliness after attempting to fill it with warm water. I assumed being in the mountains made the tub filling a bit difficult as well. The service team has been wonderful requesting and responding to any questions and now feedback after our stay. Thank you for a truly lovely location. My disappointment at the tub is the only reason I couldn’t give this review full stars.

Our stay was over Thanksgiving weekend. Didn’t get check in instructions until about an hour before checking in. Our microwave didn’t work and the stove only had 1 burner that would work, so our meal on Thanksgiving wasn’t possible. I called management and no response until next day. They claimed no one received my call, which I spoke with someone same day. Baseboards where filthy, no instructions on TV no support on bed , which was horrible. Don’t go to this rental in the dark because the road getting there is something else.Our stay was 3 days and there isn’t enough towels or wash clothes for only a day. Be prepared to bring along plenty of extra things as well, not stocked very well at all. It’s a shame this could be a nice place if they paid attention to detail. I would never recommend this one.

The property was nice. Space used well. Nice deck private with hottub. However the cover was covered in ants (inside the cover) . On removing the top we had to clean several cups of ants out. The internet does not work , I guess it is due to the fires that took place. No cell phone service at all. As I said it was a nice cabin overall. The fire was not noted in any communication with the company or owners. Checking in was not as easy as stated on the information. So it took 15-20 mins for the guy to find us with Aunt Bugs.

The cabin was nice but toilets, and appliances could use upgrading and the grounds could have been manicured better than they were. TV in the bedroom did not have a media connection and a light upstairs did not work. We were not allowed to check in until 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled time and when we called property management, we were not asked if we would like a later checkout as compensation to the late check-in. Still, the area was beautiful and those minor things will not keep us from renting from Aunt Bug's again.
