This property was comfortable and large enough for me and my spouse with our 6 year old and my father in law, with the addition of our two dogs.Pros - washer and dryer are easy to access and use, plenty of bathrooms, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE bed in the master, hot tub seemed to be clean and was hot upon arrival, accomodating for dogs, away from the noise of PF, quiet neighborhood, friendly/responsive hostCons - the hill getting up to the condo is extremely steep and not very kid friendly or pregnant woman friendly however there is a side walk but we did not see it in the dark when we arrived; the steps going up and down to the front door were very slick, my husband fell once and I fell (pregnant) there twice; the condo appeared clean when we arrived, but I spilled a small amount of water prior to bringing any of our items in so I wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black where the floor was so dirty, we wore shoes inside because it turned our feet black; the sink in the master bathroom would not drain water, you have to hold the drain up; the master bathtub had a significant amount of standing water while showering (slow drain); leak by the back door flooded the dining area during our stay; it was SO HOT even though the thermostat was set at 70, we were sweating the entire time we were there; overall, upon having a closer look at things, it looks like it was spot cleaned, not actually deep cleaned which was concerning.
