The house was spacious with lots of room for a big family to spread out. Comfortable beds and everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of adventuring. The location was far enough out of the tourist area to be relaxing but still a short ride to restaurants. The only downside was the indoor pool water was a bit too cold for us to use it but small children probably wouldn’t care.

Beautiful property very close to everything! Lots of fun things to do, and very comfortable. Needs shades in two of the living room windows as the sun comes in very brightly as it is setting and it is in direct eye line with the pickleball court that is next door. Beautiful views. We would definitely stay again 10/10.

We traveled with two adults and six teenagers. The house was just as listed, with plenty of space for the entire group- both to sleep comfortably and with room enough for all while just relaxing at the house. Nice views of the mountains in the distance from both porch levels. The girls in the group really enjoyed lounging on the porch swing seat, the boys really enjoyed the pool and watching tv in the theatre room. The host was good at providing information and quick to respond and answer any questions. We had a great stay!

This was perfect accommodations for our holiday trip. It was a party of 6 and could have easily accommodated more. The cabin was clean, spacious, and truly had everything we needed to make it a great experience. We also loved the small touches of a Christmas tree with decorations and the hot tub was on and warm when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin in the Smokies

We had a wonderful weekend in Serenity Awaits.Location!! This cabin is located minutes from the water park in Sevierville and near shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Everything from beds made with quality linens, to details like kids cups in the pantry, the house is perfect for any group. We loved the pool and hot tub and had a fun movie night in the movie theatre. If you’re looking for a stay in Sevierville, don’t hesitate to book this one, it’s a gem!

Great visit

Booked a short trip to Sevierville to spend with family for our soon to be 11 year old’s birthday. We loved that the cabin had something for all ages. Each of the bedrooms had a full bath, in addition to the half bath conveniently located with the pool and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable that I did not want to leave! There is still ongoing construction in the area, but it did not disrupt our visit as there were no crews working in the immediate area. The host was great with communication and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Place!

We loved this house. It was beautiful, clean, convenient to the strip, and everything we needed was provided. Downside - beds are HIGH. I needed a stool, but there isn't one. The pool was 72°, cold.I reported it, was told that is the proper temp. NO privacy for hot tub.

Enjoyed A Relaxing Fall Break!

We had a great stay at this cabin! While there were a few minor issues, there was nothing that made the visit not enjoyable. Our goal was to stay at the cabin, relax and enjoy the company of each other. The kids loved the pool table, the games, the theater room, hot tub, bunk beds, and indoor pool. Us adults enjoyed the view and day bed swing on the back porch and the kitchen that had pretty much all of the cooking utensils we would need to avoid eating out. The cabin was plenty big enough for all 8 of us without feeling cramped or on top of each other. The biggest issue was that the king beds are pretty high off the ground due to the box springs and our elderly family members had trouble getting up and down off the beds. Would definitely recommend bringing footstools with you if you plan to stay in this cabin. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable! We will def book this cabin again!

Our family reunion of four generations had a great time! The location was convenient to food, shopping and all tourist activities! 10-30 minutes to all. Such a family friendly area!!! House is beautiful and all the bathroom’s and bedrooms gave us all the privacy we needed. Hot tub and pool, movie theater and billiards added to the fun. A drawer full of games to keep you busy on a rainy lazy day. Amazing views from porch. Basketball court next door! Excellent communication really made this an unforgettable vacation! Thank you!

We rented this cabin for four nights at a total cost of approximately 2,400 and ultimately checked out two nights early. The property itself has many attractive features, including the indoor pool, theater room, hot tub, and mountain views. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the quality presented in the listing.Upon arrival, we documented multiple cleanliness concerns, including debris, hair, and dead insects. We reported these issues immediately. During our stay, we also experienced a significant fruit fly problem throughout the cabin. The flies were not limited to the kitchen area and were frequently around food and drinks. We purchased our own traps and fly swatters in an effort to manage the issue, but the problem persisted throughout our stay. The management company acknowledged both the cleanliness concerns and the fruit fly issue. Despite our efforts and repeated communication, the situation significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the property. We ultimately decided to leave two days early.I want to be fair: we did use the cabin for two nights and were never seeking a full refund. However, after providing extensive documentation and photographs, the compensation offered was 75.While the cabin has beautiful amenities, future guests should be aware of our experience and make their own decision.
