The pictures on VRBO need to be updated. The cabin was full of mold, broken towel rack in main bathroom with hole in the wall. The hot tub temp would not go above 90 and the inside had “scorch marks” per the management company. The outside wood was falling off of it as well. Myself and my 2 yr old grandson is now sick. Bathroom door handle coming off. Cabin needs a deep clean and HVAC overhaul.

Good stay!!!

Nice cabin, well appointed, and in a great location. Very close to Dollywood . In a gated community. The community pool was very nice. Was not provided with a code for the gate, frustrating ! The door requires a 10 digit code to enter and leave, did not understand that! I did a survey of all my family and it was 100% a great place!

Great for families

We took our kids, their spouses and the grand kids. Everyone loved it! Adult kids loved the hot tub and pool table. Grand babies love the rocking chairs and theater! And you are at Dollywood’s back door :)

Room for improvement

Overall our stay was good & it was a good location but there is definitely room for improvement with this property.Some of my concerns/suggestions for improvement are that I had to reach out to get the gate code to access the property, it took me about a day to get get the WiFi information, one of the chairs at the dining table was broken & my elderly mom fell when she sat in the chair, the shower bar in the master bathroom came out & both of my elderly parents almost fell, the rug in the living is a trip hazard, & several door knobs were loose.

Love the mountains

The cabin has roaches, it would have been wonderful other than the bug problem. The cabin its self was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was nice and hottub was not new but worked very well. The movie room was great and the pool table need some work. The bathroom down stair shower would let water in the floor have to be careful, the door dont lock, my family really enjoy themselves. Would rent again if bugs are gone.

Don’t stay here

Dirty. Bugs in drawers. Porches covered in trash and roofing materials. Guest room had a hole in the ceiling covered with plywood and nails sticking out. Hot tub literally falling apart. The location is great. Otherwise would not recommend. At all.

Perfect for a large group getaway!

We had 8 people vacationing together and this cabin was perfect!!! There was plenty of room, seating, and sleeping options for everyone. The beds were huge and surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We all commented on how clean this cabin was when compared to others we have stayed in. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean! The property manager was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

Nice home, but needs some help.

Great place and great location. However we saw roaches as soon as we got in. We asked them to send someone the next day while we were visiting Dollywood. We sent the message via VRBO and via text. They responded that it would be taken care of by text. But also send a VRBO message asking for permission a second time, that we didn’t get because service was spotty at the cabin and when you’re at Dollywood with a 5 year old and a 2 year old you don’t have time to check if you plan to keep an eye on your kids. So nothing was ever done about the roaches while we were there. The toilet in the basement ran constantly, which is really more an issue for the home owner than it was for us. We let them know that as well, both text and VRBO. However again with the bad cell reception at the cabin we did not make any connection to get that looked at while there either. The last thing was the bed linens. While very clean, they were made of some material that is not breathable or wicking in any way at all. It was like sleeping in a polyester suit. Hot and humid and the only reprice was to just throw the blankets and sheets off. Then you get cold. While it was a great place. We would not book again with the issues we had while there. Host is pleasant and easy to talk to, when you can reach them. Be sure to check your VRBO app for communication as even if you text or call, they will only confirm everything via the app / website.

Almost perfect

Everything was wonderful, however, 2 things we weren’t so happy about…1. there were live cockroaches all throughout the kitchen. The main 2 places we found them were in the silverware drawer and in cabinet with the plates. 2. The hot tub.. only one set of jets worked. That was kind of a bummer.
