Four Bears Lodge is a four-bedroom Smoky Mountain cabin built for groups who want the full Sevierville experience: hot tub nights under the trees, a game room that keeps the crew busy after dark, and a wraparound porch made for slow mornings with coffee. Set on a wooded lot just outside Pigeon Forge, the cabin puts Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, and the Parkway's restaurants and outlet shopping within an easy drive, with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park a short distance further.

Step inside and the layout opens up fast — vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, expansive windows pulling in mountain light, and a stacked-stone fireplace anchoring the great room. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in, with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats the whole group. Settle into the sectional for a movie night, or head down to the game room, where a pool table and arcade cabinet turn into the unofficial gathering spot.

Four bedrooms sleep the group comfortably across multiple levels, each finished with log-frame beds, en-suite or quick-access bathrooms, and that warm cabin character throughout. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter, and easy on-site parking takes the stress out of arrival.

The outdoor space is where Four Bears Lodge really earns its name. A deck stretches across the back of the cabin with a private hot tub, lounge seating, a BBQ grill, and a tree-shaded dining area for cookouts that run into the evening. Rocking chairs on the front porch face the woods — perfect for watching the morning fog lift off the ridge.

You're a short drive from Dollywood and Splash Country, the Island in Pigeon Forge, Tanger Outlets, dinner shows, mini-golf, and dozens of trailheads leading into the national park. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- There are two entrances to the home. The main entrance is located at the top of the exterior staircase and opens into the living area. A second ground-level entrance opens directly into the downstairs game room.
- A baby high chair is available on-site for guests traveling with little ones.
- 4–5 baby gates are available on-site to help childproof stairs and open spaces (this is a multi-level cabin).
- A roll-out single bed is available for additional sleeping flexibility.
- 2 mats/cots are available for additional sleeping flexibility.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for two cars. Please note the driveway is steep.
- Overflow parking is available at the pool or park.
- Please note that this home has a steep driveway. Vehicles with low ground clearance may scrape when entering or exiting, especially if pulling in too quickly.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
