Inside, the inviting open-concept living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. It was warm and welcoming location. The view in the fall does NOT look like this picture. The valley beyond the trees now has 12 vacation ski condos on it. The kitchen was very well appointed. There were plenty of warm blankets and pillows, so everyone slept well! We never got the chance to use the garage game room or hot tub. OH well, next time.

Cute place with lots of amenities. Enough real beds to sleep a crowd and pillows for miles. We used everything during our stay. It's also located perfectly to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains but about 20/ mins from everything.... traffic depending on course. Made our trip very enjoyable. Also just for future renters info the starter pack includes a role of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, 4 rolls of tp, 3 trash bags in all the trash cans, and 3 dishwasher tabs. We stayed for 3 nights with 5 people and the only thing I got into that I brought extra was to. A sample of laundry detergent would be nice as I did wash towels once when we were there.

Great place to stay. Quiet and nice amenities. Only issue we had was it is listed pet friendly so we brought our two dogs. The neighbor let her large dogs run off leash and they were in yard alot. They were not aggressive with people but would go after my dogs. So not sure it should be listed pet friendly due to this.

No major complaints about the property except the cleanliness that could have been better ( dirty comforter and stains on sheets). Everything else was clean. I would have also liked to see a few extra offerings such as more than one hand towel and more than a half of a roll of paper towels or 3 trash bags. I ended up buying all of these things during my stay. Other than that this place deserves all of the praise! Beautiful home with great amenities! Fun games and plenty of space ! The location was wonderful and we had a great experience with the property management I would definitely stay here again

Spring Getaway

Our home provided a perfect setting for a spring break vacation. We brought our dog with us and the home provided a great front yard to play in. Location of the home was ideal for trips to Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain National Park trails.Coffee in the morning on the front porch and then afternoons reading in Adirondack chairs gave us exactly what we needed.The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. If water pressure in a shower is a priority, this home exceeds the mark.

Spring Break 2025

We have 4 teenagers, all age 15… the house was perfect for us - space and amenities!! The location was great too! Quiet and private but close to Pigeon Forge and not far from the National Park/Gatlinburg!
