- ALL ADVERTISED "1 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) space upstairs, which includes a secondary queen bed, with a dresser and TV.
- This cabin is not advertised as being "handicap accessible" throughout the inside floorplan, however, there is a wheelchair ramp in place of steps to access the main floor of the cabin.
- Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins. 
- Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property.
- Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably.
- Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay. 
- Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience.
- Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Cabin was as described/shown. Everything was clean and in working order. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Both beds were noisy when any movement, such as turning over, was made. Adding extra blankets for cold nights or while watching TV would be appreciated. Also, the couch and chair in the living room went well with the decor, but were very uncomfortable. Overall, an average stay.

The host of the cabin was very friendly and accommodating. Had a minor issue with hot tub and they were getting ready to go home for the day but came to the cabin to address the issues. The kitchen could have used a better job of cleaning. All and all it was a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear! The location was excellent! Even though there were a couple of neighboring cabins, it still felt private. The hot tub was very clean and had robe hooks nearby! Also could be accessed from master bedroom. The kitchen had all the essentials. I loved that the bathroom/ shower had mounted dispenser with high end soaps, shampoo & conditioner. Hair dryer also supplied. They also provided 4 beach towels for hot tub, which was nice. We would stay again

Very cute and quiet area for our stay. The only thing was we were only given 2 washcloths for 3 people for our 5 day stay and had to wash a load of laundry every day of our stay. We also found someone else’s boxers that was left in the dryer. Overall it was a nice stay but maybe needs a lil more attention to housekeeping.

Great cozy cabin

We loved the cabin. Short drive to everything but you still get the feeling your in the mountains. Very quiet place and the loft was fun for relaxing and playing games. The deck was really nice and the hot tub was a great way to relax after all the walking we did. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be staying here again.

A getaway

Overall the cabin was really nice and in a wonderful location. After the first night we moved from the downstairs bed to the upstairs bed due to not getting much sleep. The last night of our stay one of us opted to sleep on the couch instead of either bed. The beds just are very noisy with the slightest movements and not that comfortable.

Property was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Would recommend hangers for closet even though it said to bring them. Downstairs mattress was a bit noisy when moving around on it. Other than that, all around good stay.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Cozy Bear. The property is exactly like the photos shown in the listing, and the location was excellent! We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg.

A little dissatisfied.

Location was good but cleanliness was lacking even after asking for a good cleaning . Kitchen was lacking a few things such as aluminum foil. I tried to use the grill but it needs new grates so I went looking for foil but there was none. The bed downstairs was very loud getting in and out. I’m going through chemo and I get up several times at night but it was load . Under the bed was a pile of hair and dust bunny. I reported scratches on the interior doors. Also the sofa had two cushions ripped. I wish the back door had a screen on it as to leave the door open during or stay . We will not be going back this cabin.

Cozy little cabin. Only complaint is was that we ran out of toilet paper on second day and had to out to buy our own. And someone walking around our cabin at 5:30am with a flashlight. Not sure what that was about
