The villa was a nice surprise. The accommodations were great and access to the beach was very easy for kiddos. I especially liked the visible security guard on duty 24x7. It was just a wonderful vacation!

We stayed in a 3 bed 3 bath unit and it was better than we expected. The unit had plenty of room was nicely decorated. The grounds were nice and the beach was perfect. Everything you need is only minutes away. We like to snorkel and found there was plenty to see just down the beach, not too far off shore. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Great location! Updated appliances, kitchen, bathroom, no problems getting chairs and umbrella at the beach, walking distance to many restaurants. Super calm waters on the beach. Great spot!

Pros: Really beautiful property and located steps to the beach. Walk out your front door and you are on it. The staff keeps the property clean. Located close to a couple of stores and food, which is great. Cons: Property - some broken shutters and other weat and tear. But somewhat expected for a rental in general. BIG CON: There was a wedding being held at the Westin next door for part of our trip. Some of the guests were staying here, some at Westin I presume and others at the Ritz. Wedding guests from the other hotels would put towels down on the beach chairs for the day at our condos and not use them. Then other wedding attendees in groups of 30-40 people hung out on the beach the entire weekend regardless of whatever hotel they were staying at. They had igloos full of rum punch, a few smoking weed/pot, grown men throwing coral and rocks at swimming area pylons. Not the vibe we were after for the price point we paid. The only thing the security guard on staff mentioned was they seemed to have a lot of fun. So - I guess the rest of the guests of the Villas didn't matter? Thankfully they were gone the last day we were there, so at least we got 1 day out of 7 we assumed it would be like during slow season I can tell by that one day, it could be a normally nice place. Just unfortunately for us, a bad week. So If you are to stay here, I HIGHLY recommend contacting the surrounding hotels to see if they are having a wedding so you can avoid the same Jersey Shore experience.

Fantastic villas, only built 3 stories high so no elevator rides all day, no big crowds like the big hotels/ resorts but close enough to them to walk to for dinner, private beach areas, private swimming area, plenty of shade from the trees, quiet and peaceful. We will be back next year 100%

We stayed for 10 days the beginning of May. The unit was spectacular, you could watch the sunset from the balcony. It was well equipped and very clean. Big shout out to Judith from housekeeping, she took wonderful care of us while we were there. Also, thanks to Leslie, the property manager, for her help. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Andrew, the security guard was always around, which was nice but the property seemed very very safe. The beach was wonderful, probably one of the nicest we have visited. Lots of people were talking about the beach down by the Marriott and how it has been washed away, but that definitely wasn't the case at Villas of the Galleon. The only complaint we have, would be the saving of chairs on the beach. We would get up and go down to the beach around 6:00 am and almost all of the chairs were already taken. One day we spent the whole day at the beach, the chairs next to us had towels on them at 6:00 am but the people didn't show up to use them until 5:00 pm. But we would definitely go back.

This property and overall experience was amazing! The property does an excellent job at keeping everything clean and quiet. The security guard, Andrew, was always a joy to see - we looked forward to seeing him every morning on the beach! Such an amazing place - we will absolutely be back!

Stayed with my family for 6 nights at this wonderful property. The condos have literally everything you need, including kitchen supplies for food prepping when needed. Fosters is a great grocery store closeby (maybe 4mins by car), The beautiful Seven Mile Beach is steps away and you can't beat that. No pool on the property, but who needs that when you have the beach staring right at you every day. Highly recommend! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.
