Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! Great place, great host, great location. Seriously, probably the best condo on the property. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Highly recommend!

This place was everything we wanted. It was clean, on the beach, and had a pool. If we ever return to Cayman we will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

The property was very clean and quiet. Which was amazing! Truly made for a relaxing vacation. The unit was very clean and looks like it was remodeled recently. Rod, our host was great! Very helpful and always responsive. He was very thoughtful and more than accommodating to us. We will absolutely be returning to Grand Cayman!

Absolutely loved our stay! This unit is directly on the beach overlooking the ocean and we enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Rod is an excellent host and gave us a personal tour. Hope to be back!

Grand Cayman Vacation at The Grandview

We enjoyed the quiet location and sounds of waves on the shore all day long. We’d very much recommend and return to this property.

Beautiful accommodations

The owner was very nice and helpful, the condo was beautiful inside and the grounds were amazing with so much beauty. The property is very well taken care of and clean.

Believe every 5 star rating. This property is amazing inside and out. They always say location, location, location. This unit's location cannot be beat. Close to George Town, market down the street. Short drive to Cemetery Reef. I could go on and on. The unit itself is iimmaculate and Rod keeps it well stocked with anything you may need, coolers, beach towels, etc. A well stocked kitchen and so much more. The pool is wonderful, we spent hours there. Good snorkeling right off the beach, look for a stick in the water just to the left as you look out of the patio. Lots of fish friends there. Also there is a protected beach to the right and plenty to see just beyond the rocks. We can't wait to return. Rod and his family are excellent hosts! Thank you!

From moment of initial inquiry to the moment we left this place was wonderful! Great secluded location on the beach, easy access to everything and a super friendly, responsive host…would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay for a family dive, beach, and golf trip! One of the most well-appointed places we have experienced. Clean and updated baths and kitchen. Plentiful snorkel gear in great condition. Lots of beach towels and washing machine to refresh them. Even a nifty kit with grilling tools and metal skewers in a case. View from the balcony of beach and sunsets are fantastic. Only thing missing is that, due to ironshore and erosion to the north and south, one cannot stroll very far from here along a sandy beach like you can from places north of the tunnel on West Bay Drive.

Perfectly beautiful and great location

Absolutely beautiful on the beach with great views. Owner Rod was wonderful. No problems just fun, fun, fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return .

Host was very responsive and flexible. They left a bunch of goodies that our kids devoured. Also a nice surprise for adults. You cannot beat this location or value. Low crowds by pool and ocean. Amazing neighbors and tons of great food options within walking distance. Lots of nice recommendations by host. Tons of useful items such as sand toys and snorkels. Very spacious and among best value on island. Book with confidence. We highly recommend. A+++

Week on SMB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grandest of Grandviews on SMB. It was amazing falling asleep and waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean. Rod was a fantastic host who was very responsive and the condo had all the basics we needed. We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic stay right on the beach. Rod was there to greet us and show us all the condo amenities.. just a nice guy and host who answered all questions, provided excellent recommendations for jet ski rentals, dining. The condo is lovely, comfortable like home with quality everywhere. Kitchen well set up, rain forest walk in shower in primary suite. Beach gear, towels, coolers, snorkel equipment and more. We wanted for absolutely nothing. Outdoor pool, jacuzzi, beach loungers with a short walk to the protected beach swimming area with no waves. Bravo Rod - we had a great vacation stay and look forward to coming back in 2026!

Amazing Experience!

What an amazing stay with a wonderful host who met us at the condo and personally went over the everything, making sure we had what we needed. The beach and pool were wonderful - while the beach directly out front is "iron shore", it makes for great snorkeling. 100 yards down the beach is a cove that has great sand and makes for perfect snorkeling and calm water -

Relaxing views

Great stay! Views were better than anticipated. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Brilliant snorkeling right on the beach just steps from the condo. Space had all needed utensils and lots of recreation extras.

Outstanding Condo

This is an amazing place in a great location. Fully furnished. Very spacious. Up to date. Pool area is very nice. Good snorkeling. Owner is very knowledgeable and attentive.
