The property is very conveniently located to Camana Bay and local restaurants. If you like to do long beach walks, you can’t do them from this property as a neighbouring property juts out in to the water making a long walk along 7 mile beach walk impossible without swimming around the obstruction

The apartment was cleaned, nice decorated and with all stuff you will need for your stayed. Beautiful view from balcony. I read some reviews regarding that there was not beach access due to the sea tide but fortunately we don't have this issue and could enjoy the beach at the property that was just steps from the apartment, although the best beach area on 7 mile beach is the one between Westin and Ritz Carlton and Governor's beach.

Condo is very spacious, clean & comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is provided. If you have thick/course hair, bring your own hair products. Only thing missing is a hot tub for those windy November nights. Walk out of the back patio and 30 seconds you’re at the beach/ocean front. The beach is small but plenty of space and chairs. A storm came the last night causing the water to rise and cover the beach area. Pool is lighted. Great ambience. Restaurants across the street and a 4 minute walk to the left or right of the property. The walking path to Camana Bay is across the street to the left. It’s a modern strip mall shopping / eating area. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Perfect location. Beautiful property. I would stay again.

Rooms were lovely, pools/hottub needed to be cleaned. An additional nice option would be chairs to take to the beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for grocery shopping. Rental car the best way to get around. Amy in the office was excellent!

We stayed here the third week of August, which is considered slow season on the island. The complex was quiet, with just a few other guests around besides our group. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen, we did plenty of cooking to save on dining out. Having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a liquor store, and shops within walking distance. We also discovered a nearby pathway that leads to Camana Bay. Transportation was easy, taxis knew the place right away, and buses were accessible from the main street. That said, this is a condo complex, not a resort. Don’t expect a tiki bar, organized activities, or much of a social scene. While the residents were fine, I did sometimes feel like we were blending more into a residential setting than a vacation one. Whether that’s a positive or negative really depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for.

Honestly no complaints. Cayman government really needs to invest in strengthening up the beach and shoreline. Only had about 30 foot like beach at property with about 10ft until you hit water. Area is very busy during the day, crazy traffic. If you are considering this place, I would also suggest you look at Rum Pointe, when we visited, it was much quieter and more lowkey.

Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers! Walking distance to camana bay center. Highly recommend
