Your Villa in Valras with an area of 70m² for 8 people, consists of:



- Charming stay with sofa bed (1x2 pers, 140x200) and television;

- Terrace + private garden

- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, TASSIMO coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);

- Bedroom 1: double bed (1x2 pers 140x190)

- Bedroom 2: Bunk beds 3 persons (90x190 + 140x190)

- Bedroom 3: Bunk beds 3 persons (90x190 + 140x190)

- 2 shower rooms, and independent WC;

- The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, blankets and pillows;

- Possibility to borrow from reception: board games, iron, hairdryer.

- Private and free outdoor parking.

- Heated collective swimming pool



The residence La Dune is ideally located:

- 450 metres from sandy beaches;

- 600 metres from shops and restaurants;

- 1 km from a supermarket;



Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- End-of-stay cleaning: £130

- Bed linen pack: £16 / bed

- Towel pack: £12 / person



A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival.
