Very welcoming staff. Large and comfortable room with a balcony... Ask for a room at the 4th floor to get a better sea view. Nice outdoor lounge to relax. Great breakfast and fitness room. Lots of restaurant at a walking distance. Very good wifi connection.
There are nice hotels throughout aracaju but this hotel deserves 5 stars for everything that it provides to its customers, staying at radisson was a dream come true! Its a little expensive but it was worth every Real i spent on the hotel. Special thanks to the Radisson team! I hope to stay at your hotel again next time im in aracaju!
Very good location, close to the beach. In my opinion this is the best hotel in Aracaju. Very friendly and service minded staff. The breakfast is good with a reasonable varity. It is recommended to ask for a room with balcony against the pool area or to the front.
I have just arrived from Aracaju, The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are large but the view from some rooms are not so interesting. Breakfast is excellent with all local specialities. The structure of Aracaju for tourism is limited but some tours are very well organized. Nozes tour is accessible inside the hotel's lobby.
The hotel is too pricey. For the price I was expecting a hot tub by the pool and a sauna. The neighbor hotel has it all for a fraction of the price. The internet connection was terrible. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioner in my room was broken, so after numerous calls they arranged me another room.
Stayed at the hotel with the family for a visit to friends in Aracaju. We found the hotel to be quite comfortable, clean and well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff was pleasant. We had a problem with the cable tv in the room that was quickly taken care of by a very polite maintenance person. The downside of this hotel, in my view, is the restaurant. For breakfast the restaurant works quite well with a good and complete breakfast. Room service and lunch and dinner on the other hand isn't good. On one ocasion I asked for an omelet with no ham wich arrived after quite some time with ham. On another occasion I was denied service in the restaurant after joining my party, which was already seated in the restaurant, at 10:05, because restaurant hours end at 10. My party was served after I arrived and stayed on up to 11:00. I figure the restaurant staff could have been more accomodating of the situation avoiding the embarassment.
Nice hotel of somewhat special design with open air reception and bar area. Decent rooms, tidy. Restaurant a disappointment, must be better to choose from the neighboring restaurants. Breakfast quite average and ok.
The hotel is in a good area. The rooms are very clean. Have a nice breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival you are very well received, from those who help in luggage. Friendly receptionists. Especially Giselle, a great person and very professional. My husband and I were very pleased.
This hotel has all the elements of a good hotel, but management is not on top of things. Atlantica Hoteis has a 19th century policy that requires one to fill a full application for one to request an invoice, even when one pays for the room at check-in. 99% of hotels in Brazil will issue an invoice (nota fiscal) with the mere submission of your basic corporate details. Not Atlantica. They bundle together the clients who get pay later (implicit credit) with those who pay upfront (no credit) in the same bureaucratic application process. The pool bar I arrived at the bar, and after signaling to the waiter, who was watching football on tv, I sat down and waited to order a drink. After ten minutes (three customer total at the bar) I looked around and saw the waiter had gone to the front desk to chit-chat. I got up and looked at him. When he came to me I asked if there was a waiter at the bar. He said yes. I asked if he was the waiter and finally ordered my drink. These are the kinds of details that make you not want to come back.
