Nice rooms and breakfast. Going on weekend, on saturday night, there were in front of the hotel a noisy skate board contest, and after that a local rock concert, even noisier. At midnight, I demanded a quiet room, so I changed my "sea view room" to an "street veis", very quiet. Good location and service, friendly and helpful team.
Amazing and huge breakfast & parking lot, both included on your rate. Lovely location, closed to the main attractions of Atalaia and the best restaurants. Fantastic attendants, all with sympathy and polite. Spacious room with good and strong shower and perfect room service. I RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!
This hotel with a modern and update facilities is very well located, close to restaurants and local art fairs. It is close to the Atalaia beach, Just in front, but due the sand dunes is kind of far and beach not very good, very few people with no service there. But is also easy to get to other beaches with excellent infrastructure, 15 min by cab, just in front of the hotel as a cab station. Breakfast is excellent, several options with traditional and international food but also with local options. Pool is nice and bar by the pool makes your life easier. The only negative point is that wi fi was unstable but...you can survive.
Nice friendly staff, very clean rooms ,excellent location for restaurants and bars. Breakfast excellent fresh choices. Hotel restaurant expensive for the quality of food. If your looking for a quiet stay then do not stay here as the traffic will keep you awake. and the cleaning begins very early around the pool area.
The Radisson is rather a nice hotel offering some great amenities but there are a few small drawbacks that prevent a five star rating. First the good. Rooms are comfortable and somebody has figured out that North Americans really like heavy quilts instead of thin blankets to sleep under. The pool is beautiful and so enjoyable after a hot day. And the poolside cabanas are delightful for relaxation. Staff are helpful and the hotel's location is hard to beat. But the coffee at breakfast is consistently terrible, (where are you Starbucks?) and chef still cooks your steak well done even when you ask for it rare. The wine list is excessively pricey, and you will pay through the nose for a bowl of peanuts with your happy hour caipirinha.
I have stayed in this hotel a number of time over the years and always find the staff helpful and firendly. The hotel rooms are always clean and fresh looking. The location is ideal for the beach and surrounding reastarants.
Excellent staff! Varied breakfast at Origins restaurant! Silent, clean, comfortable rooms! Bad experience at the other restaurant. And the pool had problems with the water. It was creamy, not transparent. They tried to fix it, but it was still creamy...
Thr Radisson is a very good hotel with all the amenities one can expect. Breakfast is excellent, with varied continental breakfast and some local food. The room was big, with a great bathroom and an excellent shower; the king size bed was comfortable, and the room featured coffe and tea. The hotel is a bit pricey but its central location, across the street from the seashore, offsets that.
Listen up my dear readers, because this is a big one: I am struggling to understand how anyone with a decent taste could like this hotel. We were arriving at 1am so, instead of a pousada I looked for a hotel (which apart from 5* I hate) and this came out the best in Aracaju. Truth is, it is extremely noisy because the room doors don't have insulation, you hear every word people talk out front , the door was broken and the shower curtain as well The pool is extremely small, not like it looks on the pictures. The bar closes at 10pm and everything we asked for at the reception was an issue and couldn't be delivered . The breakfast is rich but don't expect anything healthy there , only Brazilian carbohydrate rich sugar fat food. The massage parlour charges prices dearer than in London. The location is close to the airport but far far far away from anything great you would want like nice beaches or bars. Another thing I'd consider rude: you speak to the staff in Portuguese and they answer in English. Deja vu Paris ! For Europe standards , consider this a 2* rating max.
Only spent a night there, arriving late and leaving after breakfast the next morning. Friendly service, large room and excellent breakfast. Sad that there was no time to enjoy the pool area which looked very nice. Only complaint is the below-average room service dinner. We were starving but too tired to go out after driving the whole day, and had a disappointing meal.
