terrible experience，our room was very close to the elevator and we could hear the elevator running all night. The room was also poorly soundproofed and we could hear any noise in the corridor. We could also hear the snoring of the occupants in the next room all night.

This place is okay- but there were noticeable downsides for what you get. There was a convention and our first night was so loud we got zero sleep, there’s construction that made only one elevator accessible while the stairs were locked or lead you the the first floor to the back office halls that made you get lost and the updates the hotel has made over the years are clearly ran through due to the number of visitors that it’s clear they need new invesments and while my review is harsh it’s true especially during a time where customers expect more value for their dollars and value their spending that much more. Overall service is still really good and location is strong

Stayed for a weekend trip to sequoia national park with my wife. Love how much more affordable Visalia is compared to the bay area. I was finally able to find a dinner for under 10 bucks per pax! Love the stay and Visalia in general.

The property is in a great location. Onto the bad, there was 1 working elevator for the whole property. It was such a nightmare. You had to wait 20 mins each time because everytime it would open, it would be full of people. It was extremely fustrating having 3 kids and dealing with this. We ordered food from their restaurant 3 times. All 3 times had missing items. First order, they were missing our potatoes. Second order, they didnt give us syrup for pancakes and all the entrees were missing the toast. Third order, they didnt give the milk i ordered or the toast again. There were random ingredients missing from entrees cilantro, blueberries and strawberries like in the pictures of their food and never provided salt and and pepper ever. The food was good though. Just very frustrating to deal with.

Perfect Stay for a Conference

This hotel is located at the Convention Center and is fantastic! You can't beat the convenience when you have a conference here. This hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants; staff are friendly; there's a Starbucks on site; and rooms are well maintained.
