Clean, close to subway station, grocery store nearby, area around isn't the best but seems safe, noisy during day time from around 7am because of the construction across the street. Overall, good. I would stay at WECOSTAY Gangnam again.

New building, excellent location, and superb room equipped with kitchenettes. Linnens were in good quality. Emart Everyday is 3 minutes away. However there was no staff on site for any help. Everything had to be done by phone calls. Be aware of $50 fee that can be charged for cleaning. I happened to find it out in fine prints. These rules should be clearly communicated by posting them in the room.

We stayed at the WeCoStay Gangnam for 7 days this past week. Overall we really enjoyed it and I would stay again on my next trip. We liked the Seocho area, it felt less touristy than other areas of town and was an easy walk to the subway. Many food options within a 5 min walk. We loved the heated floors and toilet. We'd return after a cold January day and feel the warm right away. It took us a while to figure out all the lights and the oven area was the microwave - it's a very hi tech room. We liked the large tv where we could watch Youtube and other apps. Shower was nice, though that area was a bit small. It could benefit from some hooks in the bathroom, as there was no place to put your clothes. Beds were comfortable and we loved the large walk in closet. It could use some more hangers though. We had exactly 2 sets of dishes in the kitchen - which is fine, but some normal drinking glasses would have been a nice addition. We had no issues going to the supply closet and getting new towels or TP as we need it. The construction going on next door wasn't really an issue inside, the only other noises were heard from were from floor. We'd hear hammering early in the morning or guests in other rooms who were loud but overall, pretty quiet.

We stayed here because we were coming from Geoje and it was about a 10 minute walk from Nambu Bus Terminal and close to two metro lines so it was easy to get around to other places in Seoul. It was a comfortable and very nice room with easy check-in and check-out. Quick and easy communication as well. Highly recommend staying here!
