Besides it's hard to find entrance in an alley, It's not a hotel, even though they charge hotel prices. it's a HOSTEL and not a good one. Moldy strong smell, tiny rooms, barely can open doors, no windows . check-in is not straight forward, weirdly run, almost like secretive. Kate wouldn't respond to messages , although picked calls. I booked 4 nights and didn't stay even 5 mins there ($79+ per night) and they wouldn't refund a penny for this hostel. Would not recommend even for $10/night . Mold is a serious health risk. Couldn't imagine sleeping there with that mold smell. there is other hotels within 2 blocks for less $, larger and super clean.

Worse than I expected

I had a last minute trip to Seoul for a week, and needed a place to stay that wasn't too pricey, but options were slim and this poorly rated hotel was one of the few options at my disposal. "How bad could it be?" I thought to myself. It's only for a week, and I'll only be sleeping there. I can handle it! I went in with low expectations and they still managed to fall below them. I had put in my "request" box that I heard they had an issue with room smells, so please make sure the room is clean and doesn't smell bad. What I got was the worst smelling room in the entire place, or at least the entire first floor. When I say the room smelled bad, I mean BAD. If you ever walked around Seoul or even other parts of Asia, particularly Southeast Asia, you've come across areas that smell like a mixture of garbage and sewage. Dirty sewage smell. That's the exact smell that was emitting from the bathroom. The smell was SO strong that even with the bathroom door shut and the fan on for hours, the smell would get past the door and into the room. It was unbearable! I seriously considered switching hotels, even it meant biting the bullet on this non-refundable hotel, as there's nothing in the clause that grants you a refund for a bad smelling hotel room. But at least after asking about the smell, they changed my room to the room nextdoor, which was mildly better. I had to buy my own air freshner to make it liveable. The place was also dirty, and covered in cobwebs. Just avoid this place

Super easy to find, easy check in, great communication and direction on how to get keys to room, kinda small only good if you carry a back pack, no space for big suit cases.

The room did not look like the pictures online. It looked old and the wallpaper was tearing off, with new patches stuck on top. I was on the ground floor and there was a particular smell in the room when I entered. It smelled like a basement in which you haven’t been in a while. Cleanliness was also not the best I have seen. I also expected the room to be cleaned once in a while, maybe not every day, but for the 6 nights I was there, no one came to the room for cleaning.

I don’t recommend to stay there.

Place was unexpectedly bad, noisy heater, no windows to see outside and very dirty sheets/towels. The owner/manager was so nasty. No good location to stay.

2部屋x3泊で滞在しました。 Expediaの案内を見ていると普通のホテルの表記だったので選んだのですが、予約後ホテル側から送られた案内では、ホステル、となっておりフロントには人がいなく、入り口に置いてあるキーボックスからカギを受け取るとのこと。期待都は違いそうだったので不安はありましたがそのまま向かうことに。 ホテルから事前に送信された案内では、部屋番号は別途連絡をいただく形となりとの記載だったため連絡を待ちましたが受領せず。当日、キーボックスに二つのカギが入っている状態でしたがそれが自分たちの部屋の物かわからなかったのですが、仕方なく部屋を確認したところ、部屋んい人はいない感じでしたが、鍵もかかっていなく、清掃もされていない状態。部屋のごみ箱はそのままで、と井出には大量の髪の毛が落ちている状態でした。 部屋のドアは鍵がかからず、シャワーも水量も低く、排水もよくない状態。 正しい部屋か、の確認もできない状態だったため、Expediaのカスタマサービスに連絡をし、結論としては宿泊は取りやめにしたいともうしでたところ、確認をするとのことでしたが、その後電話が切れてしまいそれきり連絡がいただけていません。 ホテルにも連絡をしたものの、何もリアクションが得られないままとなっています。 今回の宿泊では、Expediaの対応にもホテルの対応にもとても残念に感じています。

セルフチェックインと現地着いたからわかり、連絡の方法が入り口に貼ってあり、連絡繋がらず、あたしたちの前にも他のお客さんがどうしていいか分からず立ち止まってる状態でした。 それから、夜も遅かったので部屋の鍵を取り寝静まった夜中2時ごろピンポンの嵐！ 朝一部屋を変えてほしいとのこと。朝食付きとあったが、入り口に食べかけ？のパンが置いてあっただけ。ホテルの中もかなり不衛生。こんなホテル初めてでした。もう行きません。

1番線南営駅または4番線淑大入口駅より徒歩3分〜5分で交通の便はとてもよい。ソウル駅の隣の駅です。明洞から2駅。また最初は駅からとても迷いました。南営駅改札出口よりクリスピードーナツ目の前の横断歩道わたり右に曲がるスーパー左手にみてそのまま道なりにサブウェイ通り過ぎたらスターバックスの隣です。MUと書かれてる看板見つけてください。中華屋の奥に進んでください。駅から横断歩道渡ったところにあるバーカーズコードは少し高いですがおいしいです！またスーパーの隣くらいにある焼肉屋も美味しかったです。まず部屋がとても狭くスーツケースを広げるスペースはありません。部屋の中はベッドのスペースで終わりです。シャワールームはトイレとの区切りがありませんので安いバスルームカーテンをもっていきガムテープで貼ってくっつけました。朝食サービスはフロントに食パンがおいてあります。食料買い出しサービスは謎でした。頼んでも買って来てくれませんでした。エアコンは冷房のみです。寒い季節はどうしてるのでしょうか？床暖房はありませんでした。Wi-Fiとても弱く使えなかったので持参したルーターを使用しました。ドライヤーは問題なし◎。とにかく狭いので大人3人はきついかもしれません。クイーンベッド及び2段ベッドとかかれていたのでベッドが３つかと思いましたが写真の2段ベッドのみです。トイレの便座が冷たいので使い捨て便座カバー持っていくと良いです。フロントの方は優しいですがあまり見かけることがなくフロントに常駐している感じではありませんがライン交換してくれたので問題なしです。とにかく部屋の狭さがとても気になりますし不便に感じましたが駅近、明洞などの都心から近いというメリットがあります！寝るだけという意味では本当に問題はありません。
