Another positive was that the breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a variety of options every day. The property is close to many central areas. Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location to see the major tourist attractions on foot. Breakfast was provided with our booking which included a wide range of food and drink. The deluxe room with 2 double beds was very spacious and clean with plenty of useful amenities. The room provided filtered water which was very useful. Staff were friendly assisting with booking a taxi upon check out and the concierge as happy to help with our heavy luggage

Hotel was perfectly situated and the size was quite comfortable. The suite came with a water filtration system and a carafe for the refrigerator which was helpful. It was an easy walk to both palaces that were nearby. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The play area was pretty helpful to have kids run around before or after starting the day.

Everything was great. Super helpful to have a water filter in the room and pitcher to chill water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was also great. Only negative was the elevators took forever, anywhere from 5 to 10 or even 15 minutes, and were often packed making it difficult come and go easily. Not sure if it’s always like that or because of the construction and some of the other elevators being out of commission.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The location is excellent, and very close to major cultural heritage and other tourist sites. I'd recommend this hotel to other visitors to Seoul as well.

Great location, it was easily accessible to train and bus lines. Lots of sites and things to do within walking distance. Staff were amazing! The only issue we had was with the elevator. At certain times, it was super slow and packed, so there would often be a wait. It was find during non-peak hours. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
