I and my friends stayed penthouse as a 6 people. when i made a reservation hotel said it is ok to stay 6 in the penthouse we will provide 6 breakfast. so I thought it is find to stay 6 in the penthouse. but when I get here. there was no blanket. I asked that I need blanket for 2 people( because there is 2 single bed and queen bed) but they said i have to paid for that. I know there is charges for rent something. but i think hotel must give information there is extra charge when i make a reservation. because I clearly said i will going to stay 6 people. I really disappointed for service.

Well appointed studio accommodation in excellent location for tourists to Seoul, close to palaces, walking distance from many places to eat and drink. Excellent buffet breakfast from 6.30 to 10am midweek. Reception always manned and able to check out very early and leave cases on our last day as going on DMZ tour at 7.15am before flying home.

Very comfortable like home but I wish the staff members would be kinder. This hotel doesn't seem airy.I hope it smells good, but this hotel isn't. Except for these things, it's a great place. The food is delicious and really like home.

Good and big room, breakfast also good enough, the staffs overall helpful and polite. Only the corridor light is bit dark. Good location, my room view to mountain and can see the Palace. This time is my anniversaries to Seoul, they send me a red wine to celebrate, thx so much

We are a group of 6, stayed here for one night as we drive around Korea for a week. We choose this hotel because it is close to our car rental shop to pick up our car and also it is close to the famous tourist spot Samcheong Dong. Walking distance to a lot of funny tourists spot and good restaurants nearby. Close to subway and bus station that can take direct airport bus limo to airport. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is ok. Bed is not super comfort but ok, may be just because of the pillow. But definitely value for money for stay in Seoul. One of the best hotel that I have stayed in Seoul in past years in terms of value for money, although it is not a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel exceeded our expectation in all area's ...Location , Size , comfort of Rooms and facilities . First class service in all area's from Front desk / Reception to Breakfast Staff . The convenience of home with the added opportunity to dine in 3 great Restaurants , wonderful Coffee shop ,Convenience store and Quick snack outlet . Beautiful Gardens including the Rooftop and facilities . A wonderful Experience .

The room was very spacious. Housekeeping is good. Very good connectivity. Decent breakfast. Wifi is free and strong. I could see lot of travellers staying there. The only minus point was that the airport limousine bus stop is around five minutes away by walk.

+ good location, can do everything by foot, subway is close, bus to airport also. Front desk team was great, size of the room, calm, price is ok. - The room was old (equipment and decoration). The sauna is over dated and doesn't work (3 individual cabins in which the temperature was just lukewarm). The breakfast is really not great, not a lot of choice, bad quality and worn plates. Finally I prepared my breakfast and 10000wons for the bus as I was leaving early to the airport, the housekeeping took the money and my breakfast, so I had issues to get in the bus to the airport as they don't accept the credit card, this is not acceptable!

More than enough place to stay in center of Seoul. Very good Cafes and restaurants in the first floor If you want to stay with more than one person, then it is the perfect place considering price and so on. Breakfast is ok and staffs are very very ok.

Stayed for 6 nights in a deluxe two bedroom apartment and everything we needed was in place. Clean, comfortable beds and great location. The buffet breakfast provided was just nice and the serviced staff were very helpful. The front desk staff knowledge of the surrounding area was not very good and would recommend more attention is given to be more helpful for future guests.
