Our room was on the 19th floor, all of the rooms except ours were sealed off with tape... seemed very seedy

The room is big but the furniture is very old and mis-matched. For example, there is a TV set in the middle of the room. You can watch TV from the sofa but you will see only the back of the TV from your bed!! Also 1/2 of the room is very dark because. there is no power outlet for the end table of our bed, in fact there is no lamp there. Hotel staffs is very transnational, no friendly welcome or any nice talk. You may just replace them with machine. The bed is hard in my opinion. The sofa is extremely unconformable to seat on. The towels are also very old. This is a 2 1/3 star hotel at best.

Great location! Easy to get to via public transportation, close to markets, palaces and restaurants.

Property was centrally located and close to Seoul Station

Great location for sightseeing with plenty of restaurants nearby

My unit had a full kitchen with a stove and there were two cups and two glasses and no other utensils, cookware, or cutlery. The cabinets were bare. I could have cooked food if only I had the necessary items to do it. The breakfast buffet ($18) is in a narrow hallway on floor 25, and the eating is done in one of four rooms (appearing to be former hotel occupancy rooms) with tables. I could live with that, but the food that should have been hot was consistently lukewarm at best, and unappealing in appearance and taste. On the plus side, the English-speaking staff was very helpful, friendly and polite.

Great location close to Seoul Station and walking distance to several Museums in the downtown area.

nice hotel close to metropolitan area in seoul. very quite and comfortable . I love this place and I will go again

The room is huge and you can also cook. Good place to go to the airport and old downtown area.

One of nicest hotel experiences for the price i have ever had. Very reasonable rates but in a great location and easy walk from Seoul station. The room sizes are fantastic, especially if one in used to the tiny rooms ones gets in Japan for a similar price. Room facilities were are also excellent. Basically a 4 star experience at a 2 star cost.

For the price, the hotel is fine. Given it’s location in the middle of the city, it would have been nice if they had a lounge where one can unwind before heading to the room. The “Sky Lounge” only serves breakfast.

The hotel was close to all the popular places to visit. The bus stops were a block away. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The room was a good size and the floor had heat which was useful since it was hard wood flooring. We had a view, which looked amazing at night. The breakfast was a mix of continental and Korean food. They were kind to keep out luggage when time of check out came. There is also to convenient stores one right beside it and one across the street. Which was super helpful since we forgot to buy some stuff back home. And the cashiers spoke Englis.

Came here so I could catch a flight and it was the MOST convenient for Seoul Station and the airport shuttle was great.

Hotel has a shuttle that will take you to popular spots free of charge. Bus service to and from the airport for a small charge. Close to Seoul Station which has the high speed train, metro trains and subway. Very attentive staff.

It is a wonderful hotel close to good restaurants and the train station (walking around 10 minutes).
