Convenient, very near the subway station. Rooms are perfectly adequate, nothing special but nothing terrible. Biggest dislike is that the rooms are a horrible beige colour with a horrible brown carpet.

I’d give this 3/10

The bathroom was really awful. Ceiling had molds & shower tub was filthy. Carpet stains everywhere, wall papers ripping off the corners. We moved the room twice-both rooms just as filthy. The front staff was sort of helpful, given we spoke Korean but was informed incorrect information. If you use the phone in the room you will get charged $$$.

Fine hotel, but no hot water

The hotel is nice. It is clean and fairly well-maintained. The staff are also friendly and speak English. My only issue was that there was no hot water during the two days I was there. There was lukewarm water, but that really wasn't warm enough to take a proper shower or to steam your clothes. Location is very good.

The location was fine and the room was great. I would have overlooked the lack of certain things in the bathroom (such as toothbrush) and the total lack of guidance on how to get on the Wi-Fi, and either not reviewed at all or given an OK review score. But when a guest accidentally goes to breakfast because they didn't know that wasn't part of their package stopping them as they pour their coffee and demanding they come to the lobby might be forgivable. But then following that up by telling them to wait while you conduct their check-out and then leaving them sat there while you (the staff who is conducting the check-out) leave the hotel entirely... Here's some suggestions of what you could have done: 1. let me finish the cup of the coffee and bowl of cereal I already had in my hands, but politely inform me that I am not eligible for free breakfast so would I mind leaving after I've finished the things I already have. 2. give me the option of paying for the breakfast. -- A. don't make me wait while you conduct the check-out. B. conduct my check-out in a timely fashion and inform me clearly when it is finished.

I like the Ramada’s in Seoul since they are in nice areas, have spacious rooms, nice amenities and are priced very reasonably. Plus they usually will upgrade your room if they can. All apply here except I didn’t get an upgrade this time. The room I had was pretty small and the wallpaper was a bit old. But the location is quiet and safe and the subway is incredibly convenient.
