The hotel was conveniently located with shopping areas close by. The airport limousine bus stopping in front of the hotel is a game changer for me. The subways are close by within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will stay in this hotel again when I get a chance.

I love it here. It’s my second trip to Korea this year and I chose to come back to this hotel. The staff at the reception are incredibly warm and welcoming, I don’t think I have met a single one that hasn’t been lovely. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names but thank you for making my stay so far very comfortable. The Ajumma who cleans the room I am in is also very lovely and always smiles whenever I have seen her. The hotel is also walking distance from the subway, convenience stores, shops etc

This is my 2nd time staying here. It's very convenient - walking distance to the orange and purple lines. Near DDP too. Area is safe, with enough crowd but not too noisy. Enough food options with 2 convenience stores right below. Airport bus stops right in front too.

Rooms are on the smaller side but was enoughbfor me and my daughter. Room was very clean including the bathroom.Staff was very helpful including with our food delivery struggles.
