You pay what you get…the place itself is in a be re central location , you’re right by Seoul station. However if you are carry heavy suitcases, keep in mind they don’t have elevators so I had to lug my suitcases up 3 floors. The bed itself was comfortable but the showers had mould everywhere. No bad smells in the room though.

Great location since it's less than a 5 minute walk to Seoul Station. Also right infront of Exit 13 and 14 of Seoul Station. It's a bit noisy outside with traffic sounds but they do provide earplugs if that's a problem for you. The biggest thing is NO ELEVATOR so keep that in mind if you have heavy suitcases or multiple bags to carry. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to enter the hotel. The bathroom is a wet bathroom with the sink connected to the shower head. Always stays wet inside but they provided wet slippers to use. Staff were friendly upon check in. I had an issue with my credit card not working but the staff worked diligently to make sure my payment went through. The biggest pro about the hotel is location and convenience via subway and bus. The biggest con is no elevator.

The room was very clean and simple. The property was not— dirty and worn. Works if you just need a place to sleep before or after leaving or arriving from Seoul Station otherwise there are many other nice places to stay for the money

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. It doesn't have elevator so consider this if traveling lightly. It's very convenient if using Seoul Station or subway transportation, it's well connected.

This place is a convenient choice if you’re looking to be right next to Seoul station. However, with its price per night there are better options that offer a lot more amenities. There is no washroom available prior or after check out. There is no breakfast available and the homeless shelter is next store. Also, the mattress is rock hard. Maybe some things to consider when booking here.

The hotel is located starting on the 3rd floor of a building that has no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights. My plastic bathroom shower curtain was moldy, and not just a little. There were the same trash bags on the third floor landing outside the hotel entrance for the entirety of my 3 day stay. There are many unhoused people who sleep around and on the stairs of the building entrance. They use a room freshener that is too strong, so I had to keep the windows open. The staff was friendly and the room bedding was clean.

Prior to going to the hotel & reading so many negative reviews I thought of cancelling - I was expecting the worst. The hotel was excellent. Thoroughly clean - bathroom was spotless. Had all the amenities of a modern hotel. Yes bathroom floor gets wet but they provide footwear so your feet don't get wet.Yes it is smallish but there's room for everything. There are two short flights of stairs up to reception (not climbing Mt Everest)- contrary to reports well lit & roomy. People just need to get over themselves. Very well priced & so close to Seoul Station. An excellent place to stay - highly recommended.

There is no lift and and the hotel is located at level 4 of the building. It is tedious to climb 4 levels of stairs with the luggages to go to the hotel. Howver, the location is near to the KTX train which is very convenient.

5 minutes walking from Seoul Station

Seoul Station in 5 minutes walking, the hotel at 3rd floor without elevator, the Receptionist allowed me (with my 7 YO children) early check-in at 9AM, our room a city view.

Honestly pretty gross and waaaay too expensive for the size of the room and condition of everything. No elevator and on the 3rd floor. Smelled weird. Very loud with street noise and other guests stumbling in late in the evening. Thin walls. We stayed here for proximity to Seoul station, but the metro in Seoul is very easy and quick. I would recommend staying farther away and taking the metro to Seoul station in the morning. Don't stay here...

The property was very unfriendly, there is no elevator and the hotel is in the 3rd and 4th floor and its very difficult when you hace big luggage. And important thing to know is that breakfast is not included, they dont even have a proper space for it. The treatment is very rude and they have like 20 rules to follow. If you want them to clean your room you have to ask for it. Its well located but there are many homeless right outside the hotel. THE WORST, NO ELEVATOR!!!
